2. Modra's Apartments are not responsible for any damage or loss to the guests property.
3. Please report any faults or damages to us immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and its contents.
4. Strictly no pets allowed inside the apartments, please contact us to discuss if you have a pet.
5. Check in time is 2p.m., with check out time 10a.m. A late checkout may be negotiated for an additional charge.
6. Please respect our other guests and keep the noise down after 10pm.
7. We request that the apartment is left in an acceptable state of tidiness, cleaning costs will be incurred if this is not the case.

Modra’s Apartments has a dedicated apartment that has been renovated to cater for guests with high level spinal cord injuries, in particular people who need a full time carer with C2 – C5 injuries.

We are committed to providing a quality service and are currently applying to be the first holiday accommodation provider registered with the SA Disability Services Provider Panel.

Tumby Bay is a beautiful bowling green flat town. With a sense of relaxed serenity it’s a great place to get away from the normal stress and routine of life. The community has one of the highest average aged populations in the state so the town caters very well for people who may have accessibility needs.
