Cherrytree Cottage has been described as a treehouse , as it is nestled in and around some lovely exotic trees. It is an ideal romantic retreat for couples.
The English garden of 3 acres has been showcased in the Australian Open Garden Scheme , and features a range of established exotic trees as well as a lovely Japanese Water Garden. We also have an area for Wedding Ceremonies.

PETS: Your pets are very welcome in both our cottages.Pets are allowed indoors (with their own bedding ) but not on furniture or beds, or on carpeted areas. There is a $100 fully reimbursable bond, which aims to cover us against any damage that may be caused by your pet...or any extra cleaning that may be required .
The property is not fully fenced due to its vast size.Because of this and our roaming chooks, we prefer for pets to be on a leash at all times when outside.

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door! Such a charming lovely room! Very comfy bed, good port & chocolates, stocked fridge with breakfast needs.Loved the feeling of being up in the tree tops when looking out of the windows ! Would love to stay there in the winter with the potbelly wood heater in the corner. There was a good choice of books & CD's to choose from.Best of all, we were able to have our constant companion with us - our little dog, who travels everywhere with us.Look forward to staying there again.5/5 by ,
The beautiful surroundings and the escape from the summer heat afforded by the Adelaide Hills location. The proximity to many of the Tour Down Under cycling routes.Great cycling options right on the doorstep. The very kind and friendly but unobtrusive owners who even checked on our dogs when we were out cycling for one long day.Pleasant leafy walk to nearby town with restaurants, supermarkets and a weekend market.5/5 by ,
We appreciated so much having a gentle, peaceful place to rest our weary bodies after the madness of the Christmas visiting. Such a lovely area and waking "up in the trees" was just wonderful. Our dog thought it was pretty special too! Many thanks and we would highly recommend this darling little place.5/5 by ,
It was one of the cosiest, most scenic and comfortable places I have ever stayed at.The service and breakfast provisions were marvellous and we cant wait to relax there again in thr future.5/5 by ,

Our stay at the Cherrytree Cottage was a wonderful experience - it was like staying in a tree house amongst the most beautiful trees and gardens. We would recommend this accomodation as a wonderful little romantic getaway. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.4/5 by , SA
It was really wonderful. Cherrytree Cottage is really unique in a really romantic setting.Everything was prepared for us in cottage when we arrived. We felt that we were very well taken care of. Thank you very much for the hospitality.5/5 by , VIC
Lovely cosey B&B. Well presented, clean with all necessary facilities3/5 by , SA
The continental breakfast and cooked breakfast supplies were great. Nice bowl of fruit also supplied to snack on. It was a bit cold. Lovely lying in bed and seeing all the trees around you. The location was a short drive to a few interesting little towns. Very private but just off the road.3/5 by , QLD

We had a great stay at Cherrytree Cottage, beautiful leafy position, lovely gardens and very comfy bed. Our host was very helpful and friendly. We will return.4/5 by , VIC
Cherrytree Cottage was perfect for our few days in Adelaide. They are very dog friendly allowing us to take our 3 German Shepherds and leave them inside when we had to abandon them for a few hours. I don't think many "dog friendly" places would allow that so we are very appreciative. The cottage itself was lovely - well appointed and cosy and with so many additional supplies in the kichen as well as port (not that we partook). The garden setting was beautiful and the location is close to Adelaide for convenience, but away from it all to make for a relaxing holiday.5/5 by , NSW
Easy, very easy. Easy on the eyes, easy on the soul. Gardened landscape, quiet repose. Relaxed solitude.4/5 by , QLD
A charming cottage amongst the tree tops, set in a large and delightful leafy garden. Ample and delicious breakfast, other treats such as bikkies, coffee varieties and port and chocs. Well appointed to satisfy every need, and with a beautiful bed and comfy pillows to sink into. Not to mention the warm and cosy pot belly stove. Excellent value, are making plans to return. And meeting the charming Frank is a must! Can hardly wait to get back there.5/5 by , VICTORIA
Cherrytree is an excellent little cottage set in absolutely beautiful and extensive gardens. The gardens would be spectacular at any time of the year. Close to significant Adelaide Hills towns such as Harndorf for lots of eating and shopping spots. Although just off the freeway for quick access to Adelaide and Murray Bridge, the side roads provide an interesting days exploration of many quaint villages and rural vistas. Our dog was welcome and made this choice easy.5/5 by , NSW
Cherrytree Cottage, What can I say. The cottage is in the most wonderful gardens,it gives you the feeling that you are all alone in the world, very quite and relaxing. The King size bed is fantastic (I wish we could of taken it with us when we left)and there is no way the we could of eaten all the breakfast supplies that were left for us.We would definitely go back and stay again, both of us and the dogs had a great time. Thanks Michelle,Peter, ollie & daisyps. The Crafers Inn has great food at great prices5/5 by , VICTORIA
Really enjoyed our stay at Cherrytree. Lovely spot hidden in amongst the trees yet very convenient to both Adelaide and Hills locations. Generally comfortable facilities with a nicy homey feel and lots of nice touches without being over done. Would stay there again.4/5 by , SA
Our stay at 'Cherrytree Cottage' was just wonderful. The accommodation was perfectly cosy. Just what we wanted! And the gardens surrounding the cottage were just beautiful in Autumn. We'd definitely love to stay there again.5/5 by , SA
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The purpose of our visit was to have a quiet getaway and relax and the quiet surrounds of the cottage fitted the bill perfectly. I particularly liked the way that everything we needed (food, firewood, extra towels)was already in the cottage so that we weren't bothered by anyone. It made you feel like you were at home rather than staying in someone else's house. The cottage has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, we spent most of the first day in bed just because it was so cosy.5/5 by , VIC
Cherrytree was a delightful spot and we enjoyed the stay and the facilities very much.4/5 by , VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA
Our stay was absolutely wonderful . The garden setting was idyllic and we would have liked more time to explore and enjoy it . The cottage was delightful and we appreciated the generosity of the owners in providing so many extras . It was a perfect setting for us and the contact with the owners enhanced our stay5/5 by , NSW
Great location, close to Adelaide, close to Adeliade hills attractions, wineries. A private, modern cottage set in beatiful gardens. Value for money was fantastic for accommodation of this quality.5/5 by , VIC
This is a well-appointed, quiet cottage providing all the necessary comforts. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-day stay and particularly appreciated the easy access to the surrounding Adelaide Hills region.5/5 by , QUEBEC
