UPSTAIRS is the main Queen size bedroom with walk in robe and en suite bathroom, large lounge room with TV and DVD player. Split system air conditioner that you will rarely need to use, as we have natural cross ventilation of sea breezes even on the hottest of days!

DOWNSTAIRS has second Queen size bedroom opening onto the new main bathroom. An open space third bedroom suitable for children has 2 single ensembles. Beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, gas cook top and electric oven.  Meals and living area with TV and DVD, laundry with washing machine, and glass doors leading out to the huge northern deck which spans the full length of the house.

DECK: Gourmet BBQ, outdoor dining, umbrellas, deck chairs for relaxing in, padded sun lounge for your nap, eski. Stairs lead onto the front lawn and garden, then down to the lake.

OUTDOORS: Spacious lawns and gardens, clothes line, rainwater tank, lock up garage. Off road parking for your boat upon request. Hose for washing  down you boat. Fenced from the road at the back for total privacy. Open to the lake at the front down through the garden, extremely secluded.

Dear Guests,
Please read these terms and conditions. They are important for your stay.

1. Credit card details will be kept as security until after your stay. A bond of $300 is payable on booking during the high season (Christmas holidays and Easter). This will be refunded after the property has been inspected on your departure.

2. After full payment is made you will receive arrival instructions and key location.

3. Cancellations: Early notification is appreciated. If the property can be re-let for the period, the deposit will be returned to you less a $50 administration fee. We advise you take out travel insurance to cover any losses due to last minute cancellation.

4. The property must be left in a satisfactory clean and tidy state. Any excessive cleaning requirements will be charged at $30 per hour.

5. Any damage, breakage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, locks or keys will need to be reported immediately and paid for at cost.

6. The maximum number of guests is up to 4 adults and 2 children. *Your stay is booked for the number of guests you have paid for.

7. No smoking, pets or schoolies groups.

8. Our property is for the exclusive use of our paying guests. It is not suitable for parties or gatherings of any type.

9. By booking your stay with us, you agree to take full responsibility for the care of our property including the above terms and conditions.
