Payment and Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposit. A one night non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
Payment. The balance of your booking will be charged to your nominated debit/credit card 2 days before arrival and a receipt will be issued at check-in.
Credit card transaction fees. Visa/MasterCard/Debit cards no charge, Diners and AMEX cards 3.5%.
Pre-authorisation Security. On arrival at your selected property a Credit Card pre-authorisation of $300 may be charged to your credit card to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): smoking inside the apartment, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, loss of keys, garage remotes and swipe cards, etc. Cash is not an acceptable form of security. Photo ID will be required upon check in.
Apartment Allocation. The specific apartment reserved for you has been allocated in good faith. However, there may be a need to transfer your reservation to a different apartment of equal or better standard due to unforeseen circumstances. The agreed rate will not be affected. We will endeavor to contact you prior to your arrival to inform you of any change.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. If there is evidence of smoking your booking will be terminated and a fee of $300.00 will be deducted from your credit card to cover down time of the apartment for cleaning / deodorising.
Disturbance: Adelaide DressCircle has a very strict No Party policy. Any behavior deemed to be disturbing the peace will result in instant eviction from the property without refund.
Pets are strictly prohibited. A fee of $300.00 will be deducted from your credit card to cover down time of the apartment for cleaning.
Keys. Loss of keys remotes or Access card will incur an individual replacement charge of up to $150.00. Lockouts will incur a $20.00 call-out fee or $50.00 call-out fee after-hours (6pm – 6am)
Modifications to Bookings. An administration charge of 35.00 may apply to each change made to a confirmed booking. A minimum 72 hours’ notice must be provided to all changes and must be made via the travel agent who made the booking.
Insurance. Adelaide DressCircle Apartments strongly recommends you purchase Travel Insurance. We suggest that the policy include, but not limited to, the following coverage – loss of payment through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, car hire excess, loss of money and medical expenses.
