Description

Breakwater Apartment is located on the 6th Floor of Spinnaker North Apartments in New Port, Port Adelaide. The two bedroom and two bathroom modern apartment is well appointed with all your holiday or business needs. The Apartment has a balcony overlooking the Port River which is a renowned dolphin sanctuary, watch the dolphins whilst dinning alfresco, with views of the Adelaide CBD in the distance. 

Relax by enjoying the view or walking along the river walking track right outside the front of the building. Centrally located there are many dining options either in walking distance to the apartment or only a short drive. You might want to try Portobello’s on the ground floor of the building, or walk the British Hotel or Birkenhead Tavern, alternatively a 5 minute drive to Semaphore Road will reveal many quality cafes and restaurants for breakfast or dinner. 

If the beach is your thing, there are a number of great safe beaches only 5 minutes drive away. There are also many other leisure activities in close proximity including; 6 golf courses; Port River Cruises; theatres; many antique shops; Semaphore Amusement park; and mush more further a field. 

The apartment is fully furnished, complete with kitchen needs, linen, BBQ, and everything you would expect. The master bedroom includes a Queen Sized Bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a large bath and separate shower. The modern décor includes quality appliances including oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. The apartment has FREE WIFI, fully ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, video intercom, access control, LCD TV, DVD player and secure underground parking for two cars. You also have access to the Newport Quay Club Facilities located in the ground floor of the Nautica building next door. This includes a great gym, heated indoor pool, spa, sauna, and steam room.

Terms and Conditions for Breakwater Apartment

Please take a moment to read the Terms and Conditions and if you have any questions please contact us at breakwaterapartment@gmail.com.  By booking the Breakwater Apartment you agree to the following Terms and Conditions;

Booking and Payment

Payment of 50% of the quoted cost is required to confirm the reservation and the outstanding balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Method of Payment

By direct credit into our nominated bank account.  Our bank details will be provided at the time of your booking.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required, which is to partially cover any breakages, losses, damage, additional cleaning, or beaches of the Terms and Conditions.  All rights are reserved. The deposit varies with length of stay and will be returned less any deductions 3 – 5 business days after your stay.

Checking in and out

The check in time is 2.00 pm…call or email us before your arrival to arrange collection.  Check out time is 10.00am.  Late departures may incur a cost penalty.  We will do our best to accommodate any requirements outside this time.

 

Cancellation

Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, less $120 service fee.  Cancellations notified 30 days or less or more than 14 days prior to first date booked will forfeit the full deposit unless the booking is transferred to another available date.  Cancellations 14 days or less prior to first date booked will forfeit all monies paid, if no other booking is received from another party for that time.

Age Requirements

At least 1 adult over the age of 25 must be staying in the apartment.  Photo ID is required at check in, we reserve the right to cancel you booking if this condition is not met and are under no obligation to refund monies paid.

Damage, breakages, theft and loss

The person(s) registering as the guest(s) shall be liable for any loss of damage, breakages or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, appliances, locks or keys, theft, and must be reported immediately and paid for at cost, other than acceptable ear and tear. Without prejudice to any other remedies available, the total cost of making good any such loss, damage, breakage, and theft or loss, will be payable by you.  If necessary you will be liable for any amount from your security bond.  If losses or costs are greater than the security deposit, you will be liable to pay the difference.

"Great apartment and location." A very well equipped and spacious apartment, great location, easy to walk to old port area over the bridge. Use of pool, gym and steam/sauna room added to the holiday. Very helpful owner when making initial booking and also at time of stay. Thank you David.

David’s apartment was exactly as described, extremely well equipped, just a few minutes from the train station. The facilities were excellent. David had lots of unexpected extras which was a really pleasant surprise.
