This 60s surf themed and decorated beach apartment that consists of an open plan kitchen, lounge dining area and hallway that leads onto three bedrooms. It is has polished floor boards with a large light and airy self contained kitchen with Australian corrugated iron and wood bar.

The kitchen leads to the open plan lounge and dining area that has a lounge with funky LP record coffee table that compliments the original Lava lamp to keep with the 60's theme. There is however a modern LCD TV and DVD player.

The dining area hosts an original retro vinyl dining table with chairs. The open plan area is very comfortable spacious room that has ceiling to floor windows to take in the fabulouse views.

This is a light lavish contemporary apartment with polished floorboards. Hosting 2 queen bedrooms

Capacity: Maximum of 4 people  (1 queen bed with sea views, 1 queen bed with garden views).  The apartment is at a per bed cost and therefore for 2 – 4 guests are generally put in the top level View on Blue and the lower level is closed off unless requested (this may incur a cost.)

The apartment consists of a large open plan kitchen, lounge dining are with a hallway that has 2 bedrooms leading off of. The master bedroom has been decorated with modern stylish furnishings it has large windows that look over the sea views. The second bedroom also hosts a queen bed and has also been decorated in a modern contemporary feel with colours of blues and aquas to accomodate the beach surroundings, this bedroom has views over the landscaped garden that bbqs can be enjoyed on.

The kitchen is fully self contained with dishwasher and convection microwave,filtered water. It hosts a very large kitchen with huge benches that have bar stools on the other side. The kitchen leads to the open plan lounge and dining area that features luxurious designer leather modular lounge suite, LCD TV and DVD player and large round dining table seating 8 people. The open plan area is very light and airy with floor to ceiling windows to take in the fabulous views that can be enjoyed either in the kitchen whilst cooking breakfast or lounging on the comfortable couch or enjoying your meal in the dining area. The views can also be taken in by stepping out onto the large hardwood deck, meals can also be enjoyed here upon the outdoor dining table.

Victor Apartments are well located in the elite area of Victor Harbor called McCracken, on the South Coast of the Fleurieu Peninsula, one of the most scenic areas of South Australia. 

They consist of 5 luxury apartments, all with spectacular views and minutes from the beach which have been individually styled at each of their separate addresses.

Enjoy relaxed, self contained comfort when you holiday at Victor Apartments. Adjacent to the enchanting Adare castle and local beach commanding stunning sea views from every apartment.

There are 5 apartments in total, Adare, Surfs up, View on Blue, Castle View and Cheri on Sea.

Each are individually designed to offer guests a different experience in each place but always complementing the beach surrounds of Victor Harbor. 

They features lounge/dining area with colour television and reverse cycle air conditioning (Cheri has eco cooling). Fully equipped kitchens includes cooking facilities, refrigerator and microwave. All apartments have barbecue facilities set amongst numerous native shrubs which attract an abundance of bird life. 

The apartments are located in the elite area of Victor Harbor and all have spectacular elevated views of Ocean (for Whale spotting) the town of Victor Harbor, Granite Island and the surrounding coastline in a quiet setting. Linen, towels and tea and coffee making facilities are supplied in each unit.

A great location to visit in conjunction with a trip to Kangaroo Island, the McLaren Vale or Langhorn Creek wine growing district. Beautifully situated in the elite area of Victor Harbor, the apartments overlook the bay with fabulous views of the Bluff, Granite Island, Southern Ocean and the township. A short drive to the historic Pt Elliot and Goolwa, with art and craft shops and many restaurants.

An ideal place to soothe, relax and unwind with a glass of local wine and food. If you enjoy the active life you can take a short stroll to the beach, Granite Island with the famous horse drawn tram and fairy penguins, or explore the walking and cycling trails, and surf or swim on the local beaches.

Deposit and Final Payment

A.     A non-refundable deposit must be received immediately to confirm your booking. Payment will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions.

B.     Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to check-in.

C.     For bookings made inside 30 days prior to check-in, full payment is required at time of booking.

D.     If deposit or final payment is not received by the due date, Victor Apartments reserves the right to cancel the booking.

E.     Confirmation and invoices are subject to re-issue if incorrect through error or omission and you accept liability to then pay the correct cost or to decline to retain the reservation.

F.     Victor Apartments bears no responsibility for monies paid via a travel agency until cleared funds are received in the account of Victor Apartments.

Bond

  1. A bond must be paid at the time that full payment is made.
  2. The bond will be refunded within 14 days of your stay in full subject to our terms and conditions being met.
  3. The bond is a security payment and may be used to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakage, damage, excess cleaning, undeclared additional guests etc.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation notified more than 60 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit
  • Cancellation notified 60 days or less, and more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit.(Deposit will be refunded subject to the dates that were booked being re-booked)
  • Cancellations 30 days or less prior to the first date booked will be liable for full payment of booking unless dates are re-booked. (Refunded subject to the dates that were booked being re-booked)
  • A administration fee of $55.00 will be charged to all cancellations

PARKING

Please note the off street car parking space is only suitable for small vehicles, however there are no parking restrictions on the street and it is a safe and quiet neighbourhood.

Damages Policy

  • A excess charge will be charged if the property is not left as it is presented to the guest.
  • CLEANING
  • Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, empty bins, clean and put dishes away.  

 i.e if excessive cleaning is required, fee starts from $30.00 to $220.00 if the property needs to be closed for excessive servicing.

  • A charge will be made for any abnormal damage to property or any property removed from the property.  This charge will be for the repair of the damage or the cost of the replacement of the item removed.

Smoking Policy

  • A No Smoking policy is in place in the property, ash trays are provided outside.
  • If smoking does take place inside a $100 fee will be charged.

Use of Rooms Not Booked Policy

  • If your booking is for two (not twin share), please use your chosen bedroom.
  • If two bedrooms are used without prior arrangement a charge of an extra couple will be charged at $90.00
  • If you would like to invite guest to stay please let us know and we will provide any extras required such as linen and adjust your account accordingly

Fires are strictly prohibited at the property, including candles, braziers etc.

If you check out past your allocated check out time a late check out fee may be applied
