This beautiful apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 double bedrooms with Queen size beds, main bedroom with ensuite and spa. Both bedrooms offer stunning ocean views and there are 2 living areas offering LCD TV, sound system and an option to sleep extra.

Fantastic kitchen appointed with top of the range appliances, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer.

Magnificent furniture and fittings throughout the house.

Ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling. Two undercroft carparks.

Location:

Close to Brighton or Glenelg where you can feast on some of South Australia's finest restaurants and trendy hotels and nightlife and on the doorstep of the Southern Vales and within easy access to Victor Harbour, Middleton etc.

There are excellent transport links all within easy reach that will take you to the City, Westfield Shopping Centre at West Lakes, Marion Shopping Centre and Harbour town Discount Shops.

It is just 30 minutes to the city, 20 minutes to Adelaide Airport. Close to the new SA Aquatic Centre at Marion and for the AFL football fans it is just a 25 minute drive to the AAMI stadium.

Golf courses nearby include Patawalonga, Glenelg, West Beach, Grange, Royal Adelaide and Kooyonga.

To book any accommodation your group must all be aged 26 and over. Photo ID may be required at check in. If no ID is produced, Elite Accommodation reserves the right to cancel your booking and is under no obligation to refund the booking if this condition is not met.

 Check in time is 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is by 10.00am on the day of departure. If not adhered to a penalty will be incurred.

 Mid- cleans can be arranged for our guests at a cost.

 

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.

Elite Accommodation is not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our properties.

SECURITY BOND

a) The bond amount will vary as it is subject to the length of stay and the property that is being booked.

b) If no losses or damage occur the security bond will be paid in full into your nominated bank account 5-7 days after your departure. Please provide bank account details when completing the bond payment. For any losses or damages (including additional cleaning required after guest departure), Elite Accommodation reserves the right to deduct these costs from the bond. If any damage is exceeding the bond, additional cost must be met by the guest.

 

 

DURING YOUR STAY IT IS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT

a) The said property is for private holiday use and not for commercial purposes or the like.

b) Private parties/functions etc are strictly prohibited.

 

Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

c) The said property is not to be used for any illegal purposes.

d) Only people listed on the Registration Form are to reside in the property.

e) The property is non-smoking , thus no smoking is permitted indoor

f) No pets are allowed on or about the property at any time.

g) Access to the property may be required for maintenance/repairs.

h) The property must be left in a clean and tidy state with the kitchen cleaned and dishes put away before you vacate and all rubbish removed in order to avoid additional charges.

h) Elite Accommodation accepts no responsibility for any personal belongings left behind by the guest.

 

PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS

a) In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.

b) Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.

 

This accommodation was incredible!!! It was so relaxing to start each morning with a cup of tea on the balcony with the beautiful ocean views. The place was so spacious and the kitchen had everything we required. Bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The ONLY downside was there was no WiFi, which would have been helpful to have as I had some work to do on my trip. However, the place is so amazing, it doesn't warrant losing a star over. (There's a pub 15-minute walk away with free WiFi.) I would happily book this place every time I visited Adelaide. It's the perfect relaxing getaway.5/5 by ,
From the moment we arrived we felt completely relaxed and comfortable. The appartment was spacious with modern decor, the fantastic views of Holdfast Bay were amazing any time of the day or night and close to the beautiful beach. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and set up was perfect for us. We enjoyed the BBQ on the balcony with the incredible views. Great relaxing holiday.5/5 by ,
