Positioned in the heart of Henley Beach, just metres from  the beach, Henley Square, popular boutiques, restaurants and cafes . This beachside retreat is the perfect place to spend a relaxing break,  holidays and also ideal for corporates and families.

This beautiful home can accommodate up to 6 guests.  This contemporary house has charming character features.

The house spans across three levels, with steps leading to the balcony and  entrance foyer featuring an elegant glass chandelier.

High ceilings and timber floors are  featured throughout the house. The entrance level flows through to the open plan living and entertaining spaces where you can sit back  and relax whilst watching TV including Netflix.  Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available.

Overlooking the living and dining area is the sleek modern kitchen complete with butler's pantry. Stone bench tops, island bench with double sink and SMEG stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, Fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and gas stove.

 The  framed doors  in the living area open up to the undercover outdoor  area bringing the outside in.

Also on the entrance level is the Master bedroom with a King Bed.   It has French doors that open onto a balcony, built-in robes and dressing room through to ensuite with dual hand basins, toilet and a double shower.

The third level  accommodates an additional two  bedrooms, this level has a second living area featuring a private balcony. Bedroom two has built-in robes and a Queen bed plus French doors that open onto one of the third level balconies overlooking the scenic surrounds.

 Bedroom three offers built-in robes.  It has 2 x single beds.  Also featured on this level is the main bathroom -with a  luxurious bath, hand basin and laundry shoot.

The ground level provides space for four cars.  The garage can accommodate up to 2 cars.

The house has reverse cycle ducted heating/ air-conditioning throughout all rooms.

Close to public transport. 

Walk to the beach and Henley Square within minutes enjoy some of the finest coastline Adelaide has to offer in Henley Beach.

To book any accommodation your group must all be aged 26 and over. Photo ID may be required at check in. If no ID is produced, Elite Accommodation reserves the right to cancel your booking and is under no obligation to refund the booking if this condition is not met.

 Check in time is 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is by 10.00am on the day of departure. If not adhered to a penalty will be incurred.

 Mid- cleans can be arranged for our guests at a cost.

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.

Elite Accommodation is not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our properties.


a) The bond amount will vary as it is subject to the length of stay and the property that is being booked.

b) If no losses or damage occur the security bond will be paid in full into your nominated bank account 5-7 days after your departure. Please provide bank account details when completing the bond payment. For any losses or damages (including additional cleaning required after guest departure), Elite Accommodation reserves the right to deduct these costs from the bond. If any damage is exceeding the bond, additional cost must be met by the guest.


a) The said property is for private holiday use and not for commercial purposes or the like.

b) Private parties/functions etc are strictly prohibited.

Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

c) The said property is not to be used for any illegal purposes.

d) Only people listed on the Registration Form are to reside in the property.

e) The property is non-smoking , thus no smoking is permitted indoor

f) No pets are allowed on or about the property at any time.

g) Access to the property may be required for maintenance/repairs.

h) The property must be left in a clean and tidy state with the kitchen cleaned and dishes put away before you vacate and all rubbish removed in order to avoid additional charges.

h) Elite Accommodation accepts no responsibility for any personal belongings left behind by the guest.


a) In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.

b) Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.

Immaculate house with every need satisfied and in particular for me the secure lock up garage doubly secure behind gates both remotely controlled. The location could not have been any better with shopping needs within a short walking distance in either direction not to mention the beach just one street away. Public transport to the city or nearby places was easy to access with bus stops close by. A very relaxing time spent here without any perceived hustle and bustle. "Amazing house, facilities and location!" The perfect house for a holiday in an incredible location! We loved our stay at Aria house and Henley beach is the most beautiful, child friendly area. Without a car for the long weekend meant a short taxi drive to the house from the airport and everything else was walking distance with the kids; cafes, supermarkets, beach, restaurants and a playground! The house was immaculate and the layout is great; huge kitchen, living area and a bbq with a small outdoor area for the young kids to play meant we all had our space! "Stunning house in an amazing location" Wow-what a beautiful house! We just returned from a lovely stay at Aria house during our recent holiday to Adelaide. The house is spacious, quiet, beautiful and clean and best of all in an amazing location within a couple of minutes’ walk to Henley Square with cafes, shops and the beautiful beach at your doorstep. The location is 1 street from the beach and all the restaurants and cafes of Henley Square( we especially loved Malabo, Swedish Tarts and Thai Orchid). There are a couple of supermarkets in walking distance-which was really handy. It was ideal for our family of 6! Check in was a breeze with great communication from start to finish. It was beyond comfortable and beautifully decorated and styled. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will be back. You won’t regret staying here, everything was perfect.5/5 by , Singapore
