Enjoy the luxury of having the beach at your feet, public transport, restaurants and shopping down the road. Located at 35 Moseley St Glenelg. Free Internet, air conditioned, master bedroom- queen bed, second bedroom two single beds, some apartments have sofa bed in the lounge, fold up beds are available. Fully equipped kitchen, sparkling bathroom and free off street parking. Baby cot, bath and high chair are available. TV, DVD, room safe and laundry facilities.  All linen and towels are supplied weekly. Full cleaning (if required) of the apartment during your stay is available at extra cost.

Noise: A “zero tolerance” approach to excessive noise is enforced. Guests are legally obligated (Council regulations) not to disturb the peace of other guests. Police intervention or eviction may occur.




No Smoking: No smoking inside apartments. You can only smoke outside at the designated “Smokers Points”.

For your safety the building is protected by VeriFire alarm system. Do not smoke inside the apartment. You can only smoke outside at the designated “Smokers Points” located on the balconies or outside at the back of the building. Please take care when cooking and always use the range hood. In case of a false alarm, a call out fee of $500 will apply.

In case of false activation the sounder will emit a loud signal for a period of 90 seconds. You must clear the smoke within this time or all other units will be activated. Please open doors and windows to clear the smoke.


Children and pets: Children must be supervised closely by an adult in close. No animals are allowed on the property.


Arrivals and Departure Times: On the day of arrival occupation of the apartment will depend on availability due to cleaning, but will be as soon as practicable after 2pm. On the day of departure, your apartment must be vacated by 10am.


Minimum Booking Periods: Minimum booking periods may apply over school holidays, long weekends and selected special events.


Maximum Numbers per apartment: The numbers accommodated in each apartment must not exceed the number quoted for in the booking.


Payments: Full payment is due 7 days prior to checking in. We accept VISA or Master Card 2% bank fee applies.


Refunds: Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is notified at least 30 days before accommodation commences. Refunds will be less 30% administration fee

If cancellation occurs within less than 30 days prior to the taking of accommodation - no refund is applicable.

Once occupation of the apartment takes place the full payment of the booking is required - should termination of accommodation be earlier that the due date no refund is applicable.  .


Cooling off period: Where the booking is at least 14 days in advance we provide a cooling off period of 24 hour after this confirmation paper. Cancellation fee of $20 will apply. Where the booking is less than 14 days no cooling off period and no refund of deposit.


Owners Waiver: No responsibility is taken for guest’s personal property.


Waste disposal: We use a system of recycling.  All recycled material into the yellow bin and all general waste should go into the red bin.  Bins are located at the rear of the property in the north east corner.


Cleaning: This is a self contained holiday apartment.  The washing of dishes and general tidiness of the apartment is the responsibility of the guest. If your apartment is left in such a condition that it requires extra cleaning an additional charge of $50 will apply. Cleaning materials and vacuum cleaner are available in the laundry.


Damage: Cost for any damage, excludes normal wear and tear, but includes stains, damage to soft furnishing, as well as cracks and marks during your stay will be paid by the guests.
