~~We have a range of two and three bedroom ( 2 bathroom ) self contained , private apartments, for you to choose from, in our buildings at 16 and 17 Colley Terrace, Glenelg; 100 metres from the beachside and parks.
All our apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable and fully air conditioned , with views to the beach and park ; or the hills, surrounds and the city, all with a private balcony and outdoor seating .
Our 2 bedroom apartments are 104 sq. metres which is quite a deal larger, than most other 2 bedroom apartments in the area,
(which are around 65 - 85 sq. metres.)
Our 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Park and Ocean View Apartment is a GIANT, 173 sq. metres, with a huge living, dining area and very large balcony, is one of the best and largest apartments in Glenelg .
The main bedroom in the 2 Bedroom Apartment is VERY SPACIOUS, has a comfortable, queen size bed, with a full size en suite.
All linen, towels, blankets and a range of pillows ( to get just that right height ) are provided and are top quality.
The kitchen is full size , with an oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, twin sinks, toaster, kettle and all other cooking utensils.
The living area is open and bright , this opens onto the private balcony with views to the beach and park : or the hills , surrounds and city .
The second bedroom , in the 2 bedroom apartments , has two single beds (which can be pushed together if you wish) or one has a queen size bed.
A single fold out bed can also be supplied which means the apartment can sleep 5 people if necessary. ( for a small extra charge.)
The second bedroom is at the other end of the apartment and is right next to the main bathroom .
Each apartment has its own laundry, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry trough , also an iron and ironing board.
All rooms are absolutely NON-SMOKING except for the balcony area.
Our 2 bedroom apartments are in a boutique building, of only 18 apartments.
No where else is as central to everything as our building, it is in the "BEST " position !
Only 100 metres to the beach, nice open promenade, directly in front of the building .
Jetty Road. with over 300 cafes , shops, restaurants and a Cinema to enjoy ,is only 150 metres away.
To the right of our building, only a 150 metres away, is the Marina Complex , with many trendy restaurants, shops and hotels.
The Tourist information centre, the Grand Hotel, McDonalds Restaurant , Cibo Coffee , lots of pizza shops, restaurants, cafes and many other places, to eat out or have a coffee.
Also a lot of fun : are the Jet boat, Sailing and Dolphin cruises which are available at the marina .
Children and Family Entertainment & Fun Area, called the "Beachhouse" with heated water slides , dodgem cars, mini golf , bumper boats, carousel, and heaps of electronic games, Ferris wheel , rides , and is only 50 metres away.
A Public Library with lots of free DVD's, videos, books, magazines and free internet access , is only 50 metres away as well.
Our building is only 10 minutes from Adelaide Airport and 5 minutes from some excellent golf courses, also the Direct Factory Outlet Shopping at "Harbour Town", is only 5 minutes away.
Our clients find that our larger living area apartments ,with a lift to all floors (only 2 - 4 apartments per floor), are more suitable to their needs than other, noisier and smaller apartments and hotel buildings in the area, which are much closer to traffic roundabouts and noisy nightclubs .

Guest agrees that no more than [Max Guests] persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement.
Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property.
