A non refundable deposit of 25% is required (or 50% for 3 night bookings or less) unless booking is within the same month. When booking is within the same month full tariff is required plus bond to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full, one month prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. 

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

**Parking is available in the rear courtyard for 1 small to medium car only. The property has 2 x parking permits which allows you to park in the 3HR zone for up to 24Hours before having to move the vehicle. The parking permit must be displayed on the left hand side dashboard of the vehicle and will be found in the cottage upon arrival.

The public bus (J1) runs from the Adelaide airport approx every half hour and takes 20 mins to arrive at Glenelg - info line 08 8210 1000

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. 

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. CHECK-IN anytime after 2pm & CHECK-OUT time is 10am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for the next arriving guests unless agreed upon prior to arrival. 

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Bond amount AUD$300.00 is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 72 hours in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Quality bedding, linen & towels are supplied for your convenience.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

We cannot recommend this property enough. We had a young family and the extra space and enclosed courtyard was perfect for us. Everything was though of especially small things that make our stay more enjoyable like portacot, highchair, stroller, nappy change bed. The property is beautiful and so close to all that beautiful Glenelg has to offer, shopping, supermarket, beach and restaurants. The cottage was a great family home with all the amenities you would need on holiday. The little touches from the comfortable bed and snug doona to foxtel for the kids made this stay an easy transition from home. This is a great spot to stay in Glenelg.  It is a wonderful house with everything you need, and oh so close to the main drag and gorgeous Glenelg beach. You can walk to the marina precinct for a wonderful range of restaurants, bars, etc, or hop a tram to the city. It is also on the bus route to the airport.
