"The best apartment I have stayed in yet" Mate this is really good. Love this house brother. Stayed there for three nights and it truly was worth it. This legend brought us forks spoons and everyday stuff. Really clean and comfortable. Keep up the good work lad.

"The property was just as described. Very comfortable bedding, well equipped kitchen, extremely clean" Four adults stayed over Christmas and were very comfortable. Kris had left thoughtful necessities in the kitchen as well as some declicious treats for the festive period. There was aslo washing liquid for the washing machine - we couldn't have asked for more to make us feel at home and able to fully function in the self catering. The standard of bedding and crockery was much higher than I have experienced in any self catering property I have stayed in. The location was ideal for access to CBD and Glenelg beach. Would deffinitely recommend.Thank you.

"Amazing"home" not just a house!" Kris's home is amazing. Not just a bare house like others I have stayed in, this really felt like a home away from home. I was a little wary based on a sole negative review just before our visit as all the rest had been glowing, but I so felt confident in continuing our booking. So glad we did and I have deduced that negative reviewer has never stayed in home stays before or is on crack. The home is EXACTLY as described if not better and more spacious. We had my 90 year old mother stay with us and she had no difficulties negotiating the halls, house or backyard. The front room is separated from the living room and the 2 other rooms are separated from each other by the kitchen, which means each room has its own privacy. The Kitchen, was modern, new, clean and extremely well catered for, hope Kris doesn't mind but we left a set of tongs as someone may have taken a set. "Half jars of food" are often left as a courtesy to other guests so you dont have to buy everything from scratch, as are spices etc., which is something most people know who stay in home stays. The beds by the way were incredibly comfortable, and the toilet and bathroom are separate which is great when staying with others. As to the comment about the bathroom being small, I don't know how many people you want in there at one time but we had 3 females and made out just fine. I was even able to be in there with my mum as she took her shower. Kris left us alone but if we had questions answered them straight away. The back deck is stunning, and we only wish the weather was a little better as we would have been out there every day. The back yard is not overgrown it is gorgeous, tranquil and well maintained. The toilet is also not a long way and I would suggest if you have trouble navigating in the dark, not surprising in an unfamiliar home, bring either a torch nightlight, or even use your cell phone. It isn't rocket science. We had a car but we were able to walk to the nearby bakery in about 10 mins and transport was close by. I would love to stay again if Kris would have us and urge anyone thinking of a "home" stay to book with Kris

Delightfully character filled house with all the comforts of home, and then some more. Easy to book and liaise with owner, house clean and fresh with lovely linen and great coffee. Excellent backyard to enjoy balmy Adelaide evenings and close enough for short drive to our conference in the CBD and to Glenelg for some relaxation. Would love to have stayed longer.
