The Dining Area has a new white 8 seater dining table.T here is a large three seater leather lounge along with a Two Single seater leather lounge with pull out sofa to sleep further guests.
There is a 42 inch LED LCD TV DVD for your pleasure along with IPod dock large speaker to charge iPhone and play iTunes and a Grundig CD player and radio
There are two double sliding doors leading out to courtyard and side yard with outdoor setting with a couple of smaller settings for a relaxing cup of tea or wine

There is a secure 2 car garage with automated roller door and lockable side entry for ease and security and also further 2 car off street parking in the driveway.
