I will accept a one to two nights stay on occasions however I do charge a cleaning fee of $100.00 on top of the price incurred on stays.

The home is situated 10 min from the CBD between Main North Road and Hampstead Road and parallel to Regency road set in a very quiet area. It is near Hampstead hospital and some of the main shopping centers in Adelaide. It is close to the home of the "roosters" North Adelaide football team. Sefton plaza is the nearest shopping centre and not too much further away is Westfield shopping centre. If you do not have a car there is great public transport with a direct rout into the city via Hampstead road and with in walking distance to the bus stop at the end of the street.
I charge a bond when booking, up to $300.00 depending on the length of stay. On or two weeks before arrival I will ask you to pay the fall amount of the amount of the stay and then once the home has been cleaned by the cleaners on your departure I will transfer the deposit back to your account within 24 hours. The deposit becomes the bond on arrival. On special circumstances this can be altered to suit the guest staying.
