Thorn Park - In the City is a delightful two story town house located just minutes from one of Adelaide's most popular lifestyle streets, Hutt Street.

Available short or medium term, the town house features living room, separate dining area, double bedroom and study area with an additional single bed.

The elegance of the interior is complemented by a large private courtyard off the dining area complete with BBQ; there is a smaller courtyard off the living room.

Thorn Park in the city has a fully equipped kitchen with stocked pantry for guests use. A coffee machine is on hand for the most fastidious coffee aficionado. The fridge is stocked with breakfast provisions, wine and cheese. There is even a cook book library.

All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. There are several HDTVs, an iPod player and a free high speed Wi-Fi internet connection. Telephones are also available.

Thorn Park - In the City has secure under cover car parking and has an alarm system. Centrally located, it is just a 10 minute walk to the famous Adelaide Central Markets or 15 minutes to the main shopping and arts precincts

Recently fully renovated, Thorn Park in the city consists of a sitting room, dining room and kitchen down stairs, with French doors opening onto secluded courtyards. 

Thorn Park in the city is fully furnished with a mixture of contemporary furniture and antiques. Pleasing art works adorn the walls. The rear courtyard has outdoor furniture and BBQ. There are several HD television sets, DVD player an Ipod dock sound system and a small library. The town house has a security system and free Wi-Fi broadband internet. 

Living areas 
Tastefully and comfortably furnished, the sitting and dining rooms are light and attractive. The latter is made all the more spacious as they open onto a secluded outdoor entertaining area. 

Main Bedroom
The upstairs main bedroom has a queen-sized bed. All bed linen, bedding and towels are supplied. The modern bathroom has shower, vanity and separate toilet. 
Study/guest facility 
Upstairs also features a study with a desk. The area can double as an additional guest bedroom. 

Kitchen and cooking facilities 
Thorn Park in the city has a new kitchen with European appliances and is fully equipped, with everything needed for entertaining including a Nespresso coffee machine and fully stocked pantry and larder for guests’ use. Breakfast provisions for the first few days are provided, along with a complimentary bottle of Clare Valley wine. 

The laundry has a front load washer/dryer. 

Secure off street parking for one car. 

Phone calls 
There is a phone available and calls are billed to the client. 

All bed linen, bedding and towels are supplied. A weekly cleaning service is available. 

What you need to bring 
Not a lot! The pantry is stocked with every herb and spice, oils and vinegars and a selection of pasta and cooking staples. A coffee machine is on hand for the most fastidious coffee aficionado. The fridge is stocked with breakfast provisions, wine and cheese. There are ample shopping facilities nearby on Hutt Street that also has many restaurants serving everything from breakfasts to late night suppers.

We absolutely loved our stay!! Close to everything! Took advantage of the free city bus to get us to a lot of the attractions and the Central Market!! We were able to fill the fridge with local fresh fruit, veggies and meats (meat pies were amazing!). Beds were comfortable, all amenities were provided, tv in the bedroom was somewhat spotty with its reception.. We enjoyed the back patio for our morning coffee, listening to the birds and smelling the flowers that were starting to bloom.5/5 by ,

Wonderful location just off Hutt St. The house was very trendy and spacious. The pantry and fridge were stocked and included in our stay which was fantastic. The Nespresso coffee machine was used often and delicious! We got great use out of the spice rack, BBQ and back courtyard. Easy place to keep clean too. There were only 2 things we didn't mind but could have been better were the hot water system - very slow and poor pressure and a small TV in the lounge which wasn't viewable from all angles of the room. A beautiful, relaxing place to stay. Very gluttonous and luxurious while remaining functional and homelike. Everything in this property is quality, and the owners cater to the small extras (spices, cables, torches, etc). Location is close to practicalities but with quiet surroundings.
