A spacious air-conditioned, self-contained and secured apartment with featured leadlight windows and doors, and polished floors.The furnished apartment can be rented as one, two or three bedrooms with the costs adjusted accordingly. An open-plan living area contains a well-appointed kitchen and pantry, dining, lounge and TV area. There is an elegant bathroom and separate toilet suite plus your personal laundry with ironing facilities. An outdoor entertainment area is available with a barbeque and outdoor furniture setting. The apartment has an enclosed private and secure provincial-style garden providing access to fresh vegetables and herbs in season. This enclosed, secure area ofers a safe play area for young children.
The apartment facilities caters for wheelchair access on behalf of elderly, infirmed or disabled persons
A minimum stay is 3 nights. Shorter bookings will be accepted and a cleaning fee will be added.
Smoking on the grounds of the property or within the building is not permitted.
A room accommodates up to 2 persons arranged with 1 or 2 singles or 1 double bed as requested and offers air conditioning, spacious walk-in wardrobes, luggage storage and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Bed and bath linen is provided and serviced during your stay. One extra person can be accommodated in a single bed within the living area. This arrangement must be organised when the booking enquiry is made.
Open-plan Living Area:
The kitchen and pantry are fully equipped to take care of you and your guests providing a convection/microwave oven/cook top, separate refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, blue-light water purifier, cooking and eating utensils,. A starter pantry is provided to assist on your arrival.
The entertainment area provides a circular glass dining table with seating and the lounge area. The entertainment equipment includes a flat screen TV and DVD player.
A front-loading washing machine, tub, drying and ironing facilities are available.
Outdoor Entertainment Area and Enclosed Garden:
A large barbeque with cooking utensils is available. The outdoor setting for 6 people is undercover and lit at night. Fresh vegetables and herbs in season are available from the garden. The garden offers a secure private area for children.
Caretaker on site. During your stay fresh linen and cleaning service are provided for bookings over 4 days.
Undercover parking for one car is available.
