Unit 4 is a studio unit, This unit contains a dining area and separate kitchen. A bathroom with shower and a combined bedroom (Queen bed) and living area with a sofa bed which opens on to a large verandah with a Weber Baby Q gas BBQ and outdoor table and lounge chairs. Unit has a 32" LCD TV.
The Combined Bedroom and Lounge room is air-conditioned.
Kitchen has a full size fridge, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microware, electric stainless frypan, quality cookware, crockery & cutlery.
This unit shares a downstairs laundry which is equipped with a commercial grade washing machine and dryer.
The commercial grade dryer is coin-operated and costs $2 for a 45min cycle. The washing machine is free and there is a clothesline in the backyard.
