Boundary Road in West End has a shopping precinct where you can find everything from designer clothes to bulk produce. There is also the West End Markets with all you would expect to find in a shopping centre. There are plenty of great dining options in and around West End. If you are looking for a local cafe, take-away, pub or restaurant you will find it here.
West End is close to Brisbane’s CBD but, because it’s separated by the river and accessed by bridges, it feels a hundred miles away. The pace of life is different in West End. Time seems to travel a bit more slowly.
There is nothing like it – it is close to everything, whether you just want a coffee, a meal or would even like to shop, it has everything. There is a buzz in there air when walking through West End – especially down Boundary Street. Words really can’t describe its atmosphere…
