TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TENANCY
WARANA BEACH HOUSE
Check In/Check Out: Check in time is 2:00pm on arrival day and check out is 11:00am on departure day. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE HOUSE IS SECURED AND LOCKED BEFORE YOU LEAVE ON DEPARTURE DAY.
Arrival & departure times may be negotiated (dependent on tradepersons/cleaners etc) – please enquire.
Although the management of the Warana Beach House has taken all care to provide for your safety we do not accept any responsibility for any and all injuries arising from your stay.
The property must not be used for any unlawful purpose. No refund will be given for early or unscheduled departure.
Respect for Neighbours: For the convenience and respect of your neighbours we would ask that you keep any noise to a respectable level in consideration of neighbours and that after the hours of 9:00pm you reduce the volume so that neighbours are unable to hear. The police will only respond to complaints & if this happens you may be charged a complaint fee.
NOISE LEVY: If the neighbours complain to police about excess noise and the police have to attend to the situation and the owners are notified and attend then a noise levy of $100 may be applied.
Care of Machines/Equipment: Most of the machines/appliances will have instructions located near them. We ask that you do not remove/disassemble or operate the machines/equipment in any way that is contradictory to the instructions. Any damage will be charged to your account.
Scheduled Maintenance of Pool/Garden:
As a condition of your tenancy, management requires you to accept fortnightly/monthly scheduled maintenance of the pool and gardens by our contractors (Concept Pool and Mower Man). They will not need access to the house and will complete the job with little inconvenience to you.
As Management does not live on-site we rely on tenants to advise of any maintenance required. Please advise immediately if maintenance required is considered dangerous (an emergency mobile # is on the “Welcome to the House” Letter) or if maintenance required is not considered dangerous please leave a note to advise management. We appreciate your co-operation in this matter.
If the gas bottle on the BBQ is empty please replace it with a full one (BP Garage on the corner of Wyanda St and Nicklin Way), keep your receipt and we will reimburse you.
Upon departure please inform us of any breakages so that these may be replaced. We understand that occasional breakages do occur even under careful supervision, however, excessive breakages will be charged to the Tenants account.
Care of House: Management request that there be NO SMOKING OR PETS in the house at any time. The house is to be kept reasonably clean at all times and left in a clean and tidy condition. Any extreme cleaning of the house due to negligence may be charged to your account. On departure day please strip all beds of dirty sheets/pillow cases & towels & put in laundry for the cleaners to wash - Thankyou.
Please Note: The Warana Beach House is a Family Holiday Home - Weddings or Functions are not to be held on the property (this includes Bucks/Hens or Schoolies Parties).
