Villa 55 is located at the northern end of Tangalooma Resort, quite handy to the car parking area. this property is a nicely presented family owned Villa, with fairly modern appliances and extra fridge/freezer space for longer stays.

With the 2.5 bedrooms upstairs, the main bedroom overlooks Moreton Bay and has a nice deck to sit back and watch the sunset or watch the ships sail past. Main has a queen size bed, large builtin wardrobe, ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 single ensemble beds, large built in wardrobe, ceiling fan. The extra room is an elcove area with a set of single bunks, the downstairs couch does have a single trundle and couch converts to a single bed also, sleeping maximum of 8 guests

There are 2 bathrooms, with showers and 2 toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and extra fridge/freezer is supplied, toaster and kettle.

On the front deck, downstairs level, there is a webber BBQ and entertaining area with table and chairs, great to sit around and socialise with friends.

This property is well maintained and is very comfortable.

 Bookings
Regardless of the method of payment of deposit and balance of rental tariff a booking will not be accepted without supply of details of a Valid Credit Card. Such details will be held only until inspection and cleaning of the property is completed after checkout by the tenant. Please refer to Item 7. Should no further deductions be required for additional cleaning, loss, damage or breakage the Credit Card details provided will be destroyed. All bookings require a deposit of 25% of the total value of your accommodation within five days of requesting the booking. The outstanding balance is payable no later than four weeks prior to commencement of the Booking, by either branch deposit, internet direct credit transfer or Visa or Master Card by phone. Please note that Visa and Master Card payments incur a 3 % processing fee.
 PLEASE NOTE: SCHOOLIES ENQUIRIES MUST STATE THAT THE ENQUIRYIS FOR ‘SCHOOLIES’.

 Cancellations
Any deposit paid, less a $150 booking fee, is refundable up to two months prior to your arrival date, or three months for peak season bookings. If you cancel your booking after that time your deposit will only be refunded if a substitute booking is taken at the same rate for the property on the same dates. If you are unable to travel to or from Moreton Island because Barge, ferry services are cancelled due to severe weather no refund will be given. Please make your own enquiries regarding insurance to cover this  


Check in and departure times
In Off peak periods in most cases a check in time of 10am can be permitted and a later checkout granted on the day of departure. Please check with the Agent close to arrival day if an earlier check in or later checkout can be granted. In busier holiday periods check in time is from 2pm on the date of arrival and the premises to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure unless agreed to in writing by the Agent. 

Number of Guests
The premises must be kept clean at all times and the number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds provided for, or the number agreed to with the agent at the time of booking (whichever is the lesser amount). 

Excess Cleaning
On departure it is requested that all rubbish is removed and placed in bins provided at the waste transfer station, barbecue is left clean and all dishes washed clean and put away, and the property left in a clean and tidy state. An additional charge will be incurred for washing dishes. Removing rubbish scraps and any excess mess from the property and cleaning considered to be in excess of normal will also incur an additional charge. Acceptance of these ‘Terms and Conditions’ will authorize the manager to deduct the costs from the credit card details provided by the guest. 

Extras
Should you require a cot or high chair please let us know and we can arrange the hiring of these items for you at an additional charge.

Keys
Loss or damage to keys will incur an additional charge. In the event that the office has closed and the keys are misplaced or left in the property an after hours call out fee will be incurred.  

Pets
NO pets are permitted to be brought to Moreton Island in rental accommodation.

 Functions
Our accommodation is offered for residential purposes only.

Personal Property
No responsibility is taken by the agent or the owners for Tenants personal  property. 

 Breakages or Damages
As the tenant you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These must be reported and paid for. – If found unreported the cost of replacement will be deducted from the credit card details provided by the guest. 

Inspection
An inspection of the premises can be made upon demand by the property owner or the agent. 

Circumstances beyond Control of Agent
We accept bookings in good faith as agents and as such we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. The properties are presented in good clean condition, no refunds or relocations will be given should you find the property not to your personal liking.  We, neither Moreton Island Accommodation
Services or the Owner will not be liable for any misrepresentations or misunderstandings at the time of booking.   
In the event of any of the following, every reasonable endeavour will be made to  find alternative accommodation:  
1. The property is sold or withdrawn from letting
2. The tariff is increased after your booking but prior to your occupancy
