STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TEMPORARY HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Deposit & Payment Terms
Deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Deposit amounts may alter according to the booking amount.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 14 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. Arrangements may also be made in writing for final payment to be made at the resort.
Bookings cancelled at any time incur a $400.00 administration fee.
If caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the apartment is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $400 cancellation fee will apply.
Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness. These must be claimed through your travel insurance.
Bookings cancelled within 31 days of arrival full payment will be required.
If you wish to cancel or amend any booking made, you must contact us in writing.
Travel insurance is a must for all holiday makers to ensure you are adequately covered for any losses incurred whilst you are away from home. It is essential that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfares but is not limited to the following: loss of deposit through cancellation, damage or loss to personal belongings, medical expenses etc.
Facilities & Service Charges
Holidays Gold Coast will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the description of rooms and facilities at each property is accurate, on occasion, these may be changed or taken out of service. Holidays Gold Coast cannot be held liable for omissions or errors whether temporary or permanent of a property's facilities and services. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation, of a similar standard, should this occur.
Check In Check Out
Check in time after 2 PM Check out time 10 AM Special arrangements can be made if availability is possible.
Late fees apply accordingly to arrivals after 6.oopm or as stated on booking confirmation. This will need to be paid in cash to the meet and greet representative.
VALID CREDIT CARD DETAILS FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Upon check-in, you will be asked to supply your current photo ID and a valid credit card to pay or freeze $300 bond for security purposes. You will be asked to fill in a form pertaining to the entry Standard Terms & Conditions of Holidays Gold Coast. If for any reason you are unable to supply us with a credit card validation you will be asked to pay $300 cash staying in trust to cover your bond, in this case please be sure to supply us with your BSB, account number, account name where we can direct deposit the money to. The bond will be refunded once our housekeeping team clean and check the unit. Once we refund your monies, it might take a day or two to be credited to your account depends on your bank.
(Your credit card will not be charged as long the room is left undamaged & in a clean state)
Credit Card details are kept as a security bond, subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.
