BEACHES IN THE SKY FEATURES Beaches in The Sky are a massive pool and leisure area on level 5 of the resort which also connects the 3 separate towers. Featuring a 600m² bell-shaped pool with natural rocky outcrops, bridge and spas all surrounded by white sandy beaches. Landscaped subtropical gardens provide shade for many barbecue and entertainment areas around the pool. Beyond the large grass sun baking and recreation area is the health pavilion featuring an indoor 25m heated pool, spa, saunas, gymnasium and change facilities. Other facilities at the Chevron Renaissance include a private theatre for guests, club lounge and games room. The private theatre can be hired by families and large groups to watch DVD's.

HEALTH PAVILION The health pavilion has all the facilities for you to maintain your health and fitness while on holiday and is also a great relaxation area all year round. Located on the same level as beaches in the sky all areas of the health pavilion are open am - 10pm daily. Brisbane Airport - follow Airport Drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway. Continue for approx. 25kms and the highway will become the Pacific Highway. Follow signs to the Gold Coast and take the Southport / Surfers Paradise exit. Follow signs to Surfers Paradise. Turn right off the Gold Coast Highway into Elkhorn Ave, left into Ferny Ave and the car park is on the left.
Coolangatta Airport - turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Surfers Paradise. Turn right from the Gold Coast Highway into Clifford Street, left into Surfers Paradise Boulevard, left into Elkhorn Ave, left into Ferny Ave and the car park is on the left.

House Keeping Rules

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Should the property be used for any other reason than domestic as stated, that the guest s stay will be terminated immediately and that all money will be retained.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Damage, Breakages, Theft, and Loss are the tenant (s) responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.

There will be charges or $35 per hour for excess cleaning if property not left in acceptable condition and that a fee of $15 per bag will be charged if rubbish not removed.

Pets are not allowed.


You indemnify the Owner and suppliers against any claim, demand, liability, damage, fines, loss or expense of any kind arising from but not limited to:

o          your breach of these terms and conditions.

o          The availability or quality of the services.

o          Any error or misdescription in information provided to the Owner by suppliers.

o          Loss of, damage to or theft of property.

o          Loss of life, injury or loss of enjoyment in connection with the services.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant (s) personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Privacy Statement.  We guarantee that we will not disclose your personal information to any third-party companies without your prior consent. By booking with us you consent that we may use your details to contact you regarding special promotions and great travel deals. We will also give you the option to opt-out of these services should you wish not to receive this information from us.

Terms & conditions


Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Deposit & Payment Terms

Deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Deposit amounts may alter according to the booking amount.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 14 days prior to occupancy.  If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.  Arrangements may also be made in writing for final payment to be made at the resort.


Bookings cancelled at any time incur a $400.00 administration fee.

If caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the apartment is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $400 cancellation fee will apply.

Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness. These must be claimed through your travel insurance.

Bookings cancelled within 31 days of arrival full payment will be required.

If you wish to cancel or amend any booking made, you must contact us in writing.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is a must for all holiday makers to ensure you are adequately covered for any losses incurred whilst you are away from home. It is essential that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfares but is not limited to the following: loss of deposit through cancellation, damage or loss to personal belongings, medical expenses etc.

Facilities & Service Charges

Holidays Gold Coast will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the description of rooms and facilities at each property is accurate, on occasion, these may be changed or taken out of service.  Holidays Gold Coast cannot be held liable for omissions or errors whether temporary or permanent of a property's facilities and services. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation, of a similar standard, should this occur. 

Check In Check Out

Check in time after 2 PM Check out time 10 AM Special arrangements can be made if availability is possible.

Late fees apply accordingly to arrivals after 6.oopm or as stated on booking confirmation. This will need to be paid in cash to the meet and greet representative.


Upon check-in, you will be asked to supply your current photo ID and a valid credit card to pay or freeze $300 bond for security purposes. You will be asked to fill in a form pertaining to the entry Standard Terms & Conditions of Holidays Gold Coast. If for any reason you are unable to supply us with a credit card validation you will be asked to pay $300 cash staying in trust to cover your bond, in this case please be sure to supply us with your BSB, account number, account name where we can direct deposit the money to. The bond will be refunded once our housekeeping team clean and check the unit. Once we refund your monies, it might take a day or two to be credited to your account depends on your bank.

(Your credit card will not be charged as long the room is left undamaged & in a clean state)

Credit Card details are kept as a security bond, subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.
