We are private owner/managers of our apartment at Crown Towers Resort.

This luxury 1 bedroom air-conditioned apartment is located on Level 10 and is considered one of the best in Crown Towers. This premier apartment is one of the very few with an EAST facing balcony which offers uninterupted panoramic views over the lagoon pool and out to the ocean. The apartment also offers a spacious lounge/dining/living area, fully equiped gourmet kitchen, bathroom and internal laundry.

  • to maintain a good standard of accommodation, we require all Occupants to observe the following:-
  • The number of Occupants should not exceed the number stated within the Owner’s  written Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing. Fees will apply for excess Occupants not agreed with the Owner in writing, in advance.
  • Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use and not commercial use. The price charged does not allow for extra wear associated with and functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments by the Occupant.
  • Damages, Breakages, Theft and Loss is the Occupant’s responsibility during their stay.
  • Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
  • The property should be left in a similar state to its condition upon arrival.

BOOKING INFORMATION & CONDITIONS FOR TEMPORARY ACCOMODATION AT

UNIT 1012 CROWN TOWERS RESORT, SURFERS PARADISE QLD

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. There is no GST applicable. 
  • No pets are allowed.
  • There is no house-keeping service provided during the stay. This can be arranged at an additional cost.
  • Variations to these Conditions may only be made with the Owner’s consent in writing.

UNIT FEATURES

  • Accommodation:- Fully air conditioned 1 bedroom plus  lounge/dining room.
  • Sleeps:- Queen size bed and 2 seater sofa-bed (all linen &  bath towels are provided).
  • Kitchen:- Fully equipped modern kitchen with walloven, hotplates, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
  • Internal Laundry:- Washing machine and clothes dryer.
  • Amenities:- Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
  • Entertainment:- 2 LCD TVs & DVD.
  • Outdoors:- Eastern aspect with balcony overlooking lagoon pool which also provides expansive ocean, Indy track & Surfers Paradise views.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

  • Check-in from 2pm on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out is 10am to allow for house-keeping to take place prior to arrival of next guests.

RATES

  • Rates are subject to change and may  vary from the price quoted prior to confirmation.
  • Payment is by Cash, Cheque, Money Order or Electronic Transfer/Direct Deposit.
  • All Personal and Company Cheques will require to be cleared prior to occupancy.
  • If a payment is Dishonoured the Owner reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and to apply the appropriate cancellation charges. 

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

  • All bookings are subject to the Owner’s confirmation in writing.
  • All bookings must be confirmed with the payment of a 25% non-refundable Deposit. Payment of the Deposit will constitute the Occupant’s acceptance of these Terms &  Conditions.
  • The Balance Due must be paid in full 30 days prior to occupancy.
  • If for any reason the Balance Due is not received by the due date, the Owner reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and to re-let the property and apply the appropriate cancellation charges.
  • All bookings made within a month of the dates booked must be paid in full to confirm booking.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Prior to payment of the Balance Due - there will be no refund of  the 25% Deposit.     
  • After payment of the Balance Due - there will be no refund of  the 25% Deposit. If the property can be re-let for the entire period of the booking there will be a refund of the Balance Due less a $75.00 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds are available after occupancy has commenced.

SECURITY BOND

  • The Security Bond is required to cover against any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to, any breakage, damage, theft, loss, excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.
  • The Security Bond will not apply if all terms and conditions as set out herein are complied with in full. 

LOSS

  • The Owner takes no responsibility for the Occupant’s personal property during their stay.

AVAILABILITY

  • The Owner will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the Owner reserves the right to vary the booking due to unforseen circumstances. If a booking is required to be cancelled in this case, there will be a full refund of all monies paid, including the Deposit.

We accept either up to  3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  This is a NON SMOKING apartment.
