Both bedrooms have built-in-wardrobes. The master bedroom has one queen bed and the second bedroom has one single bed.

The famous Southport CBD is a short stroll up the road.

The unit comes with one secure undercover park.

This place has been renovated and has wooden floors, modern kitchen and bathroom fittings and a decent sized living room looking out onto a north facing balcony.

The perfect unit for a romantic getaway or as a place to come home to after a big day of adventure.

I live approx an hour away and where possible I will meet you to handover keys and show you the apartment, though you shouldn't have any troubles navigating around.

Directions

Walking distance to cafes, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A 15 minute walk will get you to Main Beach which has great beaches for swimming/surfing.

Light rail and buses 2 minute walk away. Light rail operates at 7 stations in the suburb connecting Southport with the major hubs of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. A major bus station called Southport bus station is located on Scarborough Street which provides regular and high frequency services to mainly the northern suburbs.

The nearest train station is located 11km from the Southport CBD at Helensvale and provides frequent services to Brisbane city and Brisbane Airport.

Please note that the unit can accommodate a maximum of 5 people as the couch can be turned into a fold-out, however the apartment ideally accommodates for no more than 3. It would be cramped with 5 but still possible if necessary!

If you are wanting to accommodate more than 3 please make it clear in the booking so I can arrange extra linen/towels etc. 

No smoking inside. Please use balcony and dispose of butts appropriately.

Noise - As this is a quiet neighbourhood noise levels must be reasonable. Laughing and chatter is fine but no big parties please!

Please lock doors if planning on leaving apartment during the day/night.

Unfortunately no pets allowed.

 

Terms & conditions

Strict cancellation conditions. 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival. Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is by 11am.
