Please only park to the right hand side of the Driveway. The left side is to be left vacant.

WiFi access is available however it is user pays for the device. If you require WiFi, please inform us prior to arrival so it can be set up in the home for you. To purchase credit please visit any of our local supermarkets, post office or Newsagent or go online to Telstra Air and purchase credit directly all user names and passwords are with the 4G device. 


Terms & conditions

• The occupancy begins and ends on the dates shown on the booking form. 

• Check In times are 2pm on the day of arrival, unless prior arrangements are made.

• Check Out times are 10am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made. Failure to vacate the premises will incur a penalty equivalent to 1 night’s accommodation. 

• The Guest/s shall pay for all charges, costs and expenses in respect to the booking by Direct Deposit  before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made.

• One month prior to arrival, any refund will be subject to a confirmed re-booking of the premises less an administration fee of $75. The guest shall pay a deposit amount of $300 within 24 hours of making the booking. 

• If the guest/s does not pay the balance of the letting fee required, within the time frames as above, we shall be at liberty to re-let the premises & treat the Guests booking as having been cancelled.

• The guest/s shall provide credit card details as a Bond, credit card details will be destroyed once the property has been inspected and no damages found or excess cleaning required.  

• Guests must ensure the premises are left in a tidy and undamaged condition upon departure. The guest/s must not use the premises for: a) any unlawful purpose b) any purpose that causes nuisance to adjoining properties c) parties or large gatherings. 

• Rubbish collection days are Monday evening for Tuesday pick up. Please place fish scraps in the freezer until bin night, or please let us know and we will dispose of the scraps for you alternatively you can take to our refuse centre on Captain Cook Drive where special bins are provided free of charge. 

• Small to Medium sized Pets are allowed at the property. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both within and outside the property boundary. Pets are not allowed inside the building. Any evidence of Pets on Furniture or beds can incur extra cleaning fees. There is a fenced area at the back for your pet to be secure. 

• Please leave furniture in its place, do not move furniture as it can damage the walls. If damage to the walls occur, you may be charged for painting and patching. Please be careful with luggage near all the walls.
