Check In Instructions

We request for you to check into our office on Owen Street (opposite the Post Office), our office is only a few hundred metres from your apartment.  You will turn off the highway onto Port Douglas Road this become Davidson Street.  At the end of Davidson Street you will turn left onto Macrossan Street and then take the first right onto Owen Street.  Once we check you in we will direct you to the apartment. 

Our office is open from 9am until 5pm weekdays and from 9am until 1pm on weekends, if you will be arriving outside of these hours could you please advise us so that we can organise an afterhours check in for you. 

At your earliest convenience could you please advise us via email, if you will be arriving by shuttle or car. If you have any queries, or if there is anything we can assist you with please do not hesitate to contact us.

Terms & conditions

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we highly recommend travel insurance to be taken at the time of booking.  Please see below date ranges for our cancellation policy;

Low Season – 14 days prior to arrival date

January 9 – June 14

October 15 – December 20

High Season – 30 days prior to arrival dates

December 21 – January 8

June 15 – October 14

If your reservation is cancelled within the cancellation policy please be advised that the full amount of your booking will be forfeited.

No refunds will be given for shortened length of stays, this includes guests who have been removed from the property due to a breach in house rules.

Account Settlement

We require a credit card for all reservations, this is to be used as guarantee on your booking and will be kept on file for the duration of your stay.  The balance of your accommodation will be charged to the nominated credit card on the morning of your arrival.  If you wish to settle your account with an alternative card or by other means please contact us prior to your arrival day to organise this.  All other charges on the room account are to be settled on departure.
