Generally Reception is open weekdays (Monday - Friday) 9am-5pm, and on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 9am-12noon. However, if you find that the office is unattended during these hours and you have an emergency, please call us.
Pool & BBQ
Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm daily. Lights will be turned off in this area at 10pm. No glassware of any kind is allowed in the pool area. For your safety please do NOT climb, dive or jump off the waterfall.
Pool Toys, please return to the box after use.
All Apartments are fully self-contained with kitchen and laundry facilities. Starter packs consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap and toilet paper have been provided in your unit. Further supply is your responsibility and can be purchased from Reception or the supermarket.
Laundry powder sachets can be purchased from Reception for $1.00 per bag.
Rubbish & Recycling
Please empty your bins on a regular basis; additional bin bags are always available from reception.
This ensures that we don’t have any unwelcome visitors, (the sugar ants have a very sweet tooth!).
Take advantage of our personal experience of the many amazing tours we have on offer in this unique region. Brochures for tours, car hire and transfers are available nearby Reception. If you would like us to book any of these services please don’t hesitate to ask. Enjoy the convenience of room charging your bookings and settling all charges together from your account at the end of your stay.
Beach & Pool towels are available for hire from Reception for just $2.00 each.
Please do not take the white bath towels out of your apartment.
Arrival & Departure Times
As we need time to prepare the apartments by 2.00 pm for incoming guests, we politely request that the apartments be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Please ensure that all rubbish is removed & placed in the correct bins
Late checkouts may be possible; please check with Reception 24 hours prior otherwise charges may apply.
If you are departing early in the morning, simply leave your keys inside the apartment.
We offer all holiday guest free access up to 200 mb per day. Should you require additional data there is a range of paid plans available. The wi-fi is provided by Delion, the support number is 1300 576 369
