Check-in time is from 2pm- Check-out is 10am
Key will only be given to the name on the booking, no exceptions
Please note untill payment is received and processed booking is not confirmed.
Please note all units are indvidually owned and furnished,photos of units are representative only of units in Glen Eden, we will not guarantee the room in the photo is the one available for booking. With over 34 units we cannot unfortunatly have photos of every unit.
A $300 deposit during low & mid season is required to secure a booking.
A $500 deposit during high season is required to secure a booking.
The balance is payable on arrival.
Please note we dont have the facilities to cope with schoolies bookings, any booking found to be for schoolies will be cancelled and deposit as per our Cnx policy
will be taken into effect.
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit, the tariff stated will always apply.
Deposits - a deposit is required to secure all bookings. Balance of account is payable on arrival.
Low Season: If cancelled more than 21 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.
Mid/High Season: If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00
- If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
All bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of arrival are non- refundable and to be paid in full.
All cancellations within all seasons and at any time will incur a min of a $50.00 administration fee.
There is no refund on early departures.
We Suggest you take out Travel Insurance to cover unforseen circumstances.
