My apartment is located in a beautiful, lush, tranquil location and we have a strict 'No Party' Policy and ask that our guests enjoy their stay, have fun, but please be mindful that your behaviour doesn't cause a nuisance to other people staying in the complex.
There is no smoking inside the apartment, but smoking is permitted outside on the courtyard and the designated smoking area onsite.
A 20% deposit is required within 24 hrs of making a reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
I'll contact you shortly after receiving your reservation with details for payment via bank transfer.
Credit Card payments are available (Visa and Mastercard) and incur a 2.5% fee.
Please note that deposits and any booking fee's are non-refundable.
Cancellations with 30+ nights notice - no further charges apply.
Cancellations within 30 nights of your check-in/arrival will forfeit all monies paid.

Please let me know if you'd like help with directions, but it's an easy 24 klm drive from Cairns Airport, following the Captain Cook Highway until you reach the Palm Cove turn off.
