Casablanca Palms offers beachside accommodation for families in two and three bedroom apartments which are all fully self contained....We have a Security Building which offers Security Car Parking for 1 vehicle per apartment. (Apartment pictures are sample apartments, decoration varies in each one of them)

The friendly Resort has a large swimming pool, heated Spa, Half Tennis Court, Barbeque Area and of course a long white sandy beach at our door which is patrolled and only a 5 minute walk away.   We have Public Transport to Southern and Northern Suburbs outside our Complex.    

Casablanca Palms is the perfect place to stay with all the amenities you would expect from a quality resort. Set on golden sandy beaches and centrally located between Surfers Paradise and Coolangatta, Casablanca Palms has it all - pool, heated spa, tennis court and the beach at your feet. Directions

We are approximately 9kms from Gold Coast Airport and a 60 to 90min drive from Brisbane Airport.

All Major Theme Parks are 35 mins away on Pacific Highway.     Sea World and Surfers Paradise are approximately a 15 min drive on Gold Coast Highway.

Public Transport both Southern and Northern bound are outside Complex.

The Patrolled Beach is a 5 min walk.

There will be no refund for early departures and charges apply for late checkouts.

Pool Hours are 8am to 9pm....There is no Lifeguard on duty so all children 13 years and under require Adult Supervision.

There is one designated Car Park per Apartment and the Visitor Car Parking is not for Owners or Tenants of Apartments.

Lost Keys attract a cost of $55.00 per set.

All rubbish must be removed from Apartments and Dishwashers emptied before departing.

The Guest will be responsible for any damage to the premises or loss or damage to items in the premises and the Guest shall pay for the cost of replacement or repairs.

Terms & conditions

Casablanca Palms requires a deposit to confirm any booking and full payment is made on arrival.

Casablanca Palms adopts the following practice for Cancellations of Holiday Bookings.

Admin Fee of $50.00 applies for all bookings.

Low Season and Short Notice Bookings - Cancelled 14 days or more an Admin Fee applies.

Less than 14 days no refund unless re-let,

School Holidays and Christmas Bookings if cancelled 28 or more there will be a full refund less Admin Fee - Less than 28days there will be no refund unless for the total period.

There is a minimum of 5 nights for Christmas and School Holiday bookings.

"A great family getaway" Very roomy. Well equipped with games etc for the family to enjoy their time. Kitchen well equipped. Fabulous view. Staff were tremendous- so helpful and obliging. Great rooftop area - - perhaps a bbq up there would be perfection!

"Fabulous, will come back any time we can." Great managers, they called as we were on the way and re-assured us that they would be available for us even though it was after hours. Great location, fabulous facilities.
