The property is on half an acre with only one neighbour.

SMOKING is NOT PERMITTED indoors. Should you wish to smoke outdoors, please dispose of ash in the garbage bin outside NOT in the inside bin.

Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement with the owner outside only.

Please clean up after your dog both on the property and when our and about. Noosa Council imposes fines for owners who do not pick up after their dog, adequately control their dog, or have their dog unleashed unless in a designated off-leash area.

Please be aware of your dog’s temperament and ability to be left alone or unattended on the property. It is unacceptable for your dog to cry or bark for extended periods or create a disturbance of any kind.

Parties or functions of any kind are not permitted.

Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy.

Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or Bond under the Terms and Conditions.

Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of neighbours and local community.

Garbage and recycling bins are located by the front driveway. Please place your garbage and recycling in these bins when you depart.

Please report damages or breakages to the owner. Damages must be paid for.

Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy.

The Owner and AURA Travel reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Property, Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance.

Payment Details: After the booking is confirmed by paying the deposit, the remaining balance will be due within 24 hours after recieving the Tax Invoice from the Property Manager (Aura Travel) with payment options.

Cancellations: Once payment has been received no refunds will be given for cancellation. Bookings can be amended (ie change of dates, subject to availability) and the balance can be transferred to the new dates.

The place was private open and spacious. So much room to spreadout and relax. We had the place to our selves except for the gheckos and bird life. Really relaxing, perfect spot, walking distance to noosa harbour, river and gympie terrace. Nick who manages was awesome. So responsive, polite and accommodating. We will be back!5/5 by , Tamworth
Wonderful stay! Will come again. Nick was a great host, easy and fast communication, met us at the property with fresh fruit, chocolate biscuits and milk, which was a lovely touch. Wonderful yard for kids and pets alike and easy walking distance to the Noosa River for a fish or a dip. Coffee in the morning was easy at home or a walk to take in the river and enjoy the quieter end of Noosa, Tewantin.5/5 by , Brisbane
