All of our Homes and Apartments are either located on Mudjimba Esplanade, or a short walk from the beautiful patrolled Mudjimba Beach. Mudjimba still retains the friendly village atmosphere that is so rare to find these days, yet with a fantastic beach virtually at your door and all the amenities required nearby to make your holiday a very memorable one. If you are seeking fantastic holiday accommodation in a setting that is still unrushed, then Mudjimba Beach will remind you of a time when having a beach holiday was all about relaxing and enjoying the beach without the crowds.

Houses

We offer a selection of quality holiday homes that will satisfy even the most discerning of guests. The houses we offer vary from Large Executive Homes to Medium Sized and Elegant Homes that will suit any budget. All of our accommodation is beautifully furnished and supplied with everything you need to move straight in. All linen and towels are supplied, and beds are made ready for your first night – so you can start relaxing as soon as you arrive. We offer both short and long term stays. Homes can be rented from 3 nights up to 3 months. All our houses are pet-friendly.

Our apartments include 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and penthouse residences. The views on offer include both ocean and garden views. All apartments are furnished to a very high standard and will appeal to the most discerning of guests. They are all 4 star standard (Self Rated), and are all located within a short walk through the park to Mudjimba Beach.Located nearby, or a leisurely walk to are the following restaurants and shops: newsagency / convenience store, bakery, hairdresser, grill / bar, coffee shop, Indian restaurant, Italian pizza / pasta restaurant, fish & chips takeaway. A major shopping centre with supermarket, bottle shop and several other shops and eateries is located within a 2 minute drive.

Activities

There are many activities available in the Mudjimba area. These include swimming, surfing, beach walks, bushwalks and bike rides. The park at Mudjimba is ideal for families with shaded BBQ areas, play equipment and large grassy playing fields, all next to beautiful Mudjimba Beach. This is one of the best parks on the Sunshine Coast. There are two golf courses nearby including Twin Waters and Mt Coolum. We are also located 10 minutes from Sunshine Plaza, 30 minutes from Noosa, 30 minutes from The Ginger Factory and 40 minutes to the Hinterland. Flaxton, Montville and Maleny offer fantastic views and a great selection of wineries and restaurants. Whether you enjoy the nearby activities of Mudjimba or venture further away, the choices available will be sure to satisfy.

Golf

With two excellent golf courses nearby, you have just landed in golf heaven. Twin Waters Golf Course is located within a 2 minute drive from Mudjimba Beach. Mt Coolum Golf Course is located within a 10 minute drive from Mudjimba. We can arrange golf bookings for our guests at no additional charge when staying at any of our properties. We are also able to offer our guests discount rates for golf and cart hire with the Twin Waters Golf Club. If golf is on the agenda for your holiday, let us make it happen for you.

Please note: Cancellations will NOT be accepted unless in writing, and there are NO exceptions to this policy.

High Season

If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation.

If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

Mid & Low Season

If the booking is cancelled 21 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation.

If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

Short Notice Bookings

Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee equivalent to one nights accommodation will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

Advance Bookings
Where a booking is made more than 6 weeks or more into the future, a deposit of 40% of the entire booking cost is required to confirm the booking.

If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee equivalent to your full deposit of 40% of the total booking cost.

If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee equivalent to 40% of the total booking will be your cancellation fee, and will not be refunded.

Booking Confirmations

A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of one night's accommodation will confirm a booking during mid and low seasons. A deposit of 50% of the total booking will confirm a booking in the high season.
