When the booking is received full payment will be effected from your credit card.
Cash payments may require a bond to cover incidentals and room security.
Check In/Check Out:
Check in from 11am if room is available but cannot always be guaranteed due to check out being 10am.
No of Guests per room: No extra guests will be permitted to stay rooms/units due to licencing, safety and insurance requirements.
Only those guests registered on the booking will be permitted to occupy the room/unit.
Comfort of Stay: No disruptive behaviour will be tolerated by the registered guest(s) or any persons visiting the guest. We have a very strict policy to ensure quality of stay for all guests on the premises.
Disruptive behaviour will be result in guest(s) being asked to vacate the property. No refunds will be forthcoming if asked to vacate.
Minors: Minors will not be afforded accommodation without being accompanied by a parent/guardian/chaperon. The manager reserves the right to seek identification and verify such identification to avoid false ID being presented.
Personal Property/Valuables: No responsibility will be taken for property/valuables left is exposed areas or doors being left unlocked.
No responsibility will be taken for motor vehicles on the premises left unlocked/unattended with valuable left exposed.
Swimming Pool: Hours 8am-8pm. For safety purposes use outside these hours is suspended for safety reasons
Cancellation Policy: Sunday-Thursday minimum of 24hours notice is required.
48 hours minimum cancellation policy on weekend bookings.
In peak periods such as Christmas, Easter and Public Holidays and Mooloolaba Trithlon weekends, a minimum of 7 days will apply for cancellation.
Failure to give appropriate notice may result in the first's accommodation being charged in full.
