Waterlillies is built near the lakes edge and has its own private walkway access and cosy fireplace suspended above the floor.
Everywhere you look you will find something special to please the eye. The Bower's shower has a ceramic sculpture which creates the experience of bathing together in a work of art.
Lizards Lair has an amazing frill-necked lizard carved into its massive front door with a very private balcony overlooking the lake.
Have a look in and around the Two Frogs, a very private treehouse - this virtual tour offers just a taste of the exquisite experience awaiting you.
At 8 metres above the ground and with a luxurious sunken spa bath, our Possums cabin has special views of Lake Barron Pocket Dam.
Backing onto a cliff face and sitting on a large sandstone rock, Dragonfly has a step down spa bath with a television nestled in a rock & cedar sculpture.
Standing right on the edge of the lake, has amazing views of the lake and lawn to the boathouse from its sunken spa. It features a stunning ceramic sculpture in its shower.
Wait-a-while cabin has an elevated second bedroom looking out over the lounge area and rainforest.
This is our new special 'house' sized cabin, which has all the facilities of the treehouses while being able to cater for up to six people. It is very family friendly and private.
Secrets is our ultimate Penthouse. It is larger than the other treehouses and has an amazing bathroom which looks directly out onto an ancient cliff face which becomes a waterfall in rainy weather. It has a great view of the lake and is very secluded.
The Whistle Stop
The Whistle Stop is a charming 1910 federation style luxury cabin secluded in the rainforest and accessed by its own footbridge.
Located on the shores of Lake Baroon, Montville, Secrets on the lake has 10 beautiful treehouses.
Each Treehouse is beautiful and designed to host the perfect romantic escape. They are all luxurious, romantic and spacious.
Abundant wood carvings along the walkway escort you to your cabin. The queen beds are hand carved. The feature fine red cedar carvings, blacksmithed ironwork, and hand blown glass.
Relax in the sunken double spa baths with lake views. Melt your stress away in the double showers decorated with mosaic art. They have heated lights and are made for two. Every accommodation is air-conditioned, and has a fireplace, some of which are suspended.
The deck has a gas fired BBQ, built in double couple swing set and a table setting on the large deck. The cabins have linen, towels and bathrobes. . TV, DVD, CD players with IPod dock. You will need to have the cord for the latest iPhone 5.
Your tummy is kept full with a complimentary Breakfast Basket with choice of wine and welcome scones on arrival. followed by a choice of croissants or muffin breakfast delivered each morning to your accommodation. BBQ hampers, Light 3 Course dinners, Lunch hampers, picnics in the lakehouse or in your cabin, cheese and chocolate platters can be purchased along the way.
Your car is safe and sound in private undercover parking. Romantic inclusions like wines, cakes and petal endearments make your arrival extra special.
Wait-a-while treehouse is the most wheelchair friendly with a walk in shower room, but it still has two steps between the lounge and bedroom. A ramp is available when needed to provide access to the lower floor.
Aside from the natural beauty of the rainforest, lake and mountains. Secrets has stunning gardens, lawns, and an elegant Lakehouse. All guests have access to the grounds unless there is a wedding which has exclusively booked the grounds.
Secrets Garden, has stunning flowers, decks, rock pools, arbours,and a carved bar and servery.
The Lake House is a beautiful colonial style building on the foreshore of Lake Baroon. It's cream and white with a crystal chandelier, spacious deck and internal balcony.
There is a beautiful Jetty which is wonderful for fishing, relaxing and photo shoots.
Lake Baroon has been stocked with lots of fish. Canoes are stored in a shed at the end of the jetty. There are fishing rods, and life jackets available for use at the Reception.
Entrance to Secrets Reception is adorned by two large carved red cedar doors. Inside is a full size antique red cedar billiard table, which is lit by a beautiful lead light. Relax on several leather lounges, cosying up to an antique fireplace.
Explore the games, books and DVD libraries which are free for our guests to use. Wheelchair access is available through out the reception, cafe and art gallery.

Secrets Cafe and Deck
Many guests have dietary requirements that, if we have notice, we can cater for. Please, however, be aware if you are a serious coeliac we may not be able to help. We can provide gluten free products but we don't have a gluten free kitchen. Please give notice when booking if you have a special requirement.
Mobility scoters are available to our guests who have any sort or mobility issue, recovering from surgery or is just feeling fragile and like they would benefit from them. Enquire at reception.All of the boardwalks are wheel chair friendly particularly the initial one between the Luxury treehouses. We have ramps into the reception, into the gallery and into the Lake House as well. We have a disabled toilet in the reception for public use.
