See forever from the top floor, which features 270 Degree views. These include Moreton Bay, Moreton & Stradbroke Islands to the East, Mount Cotton & Tambourine to the South and The Border Ranges, Mt Coo-tha and The City to the West.

16 Ringara St is a three storey property built to maximise views. Laundry and back entry are on the lower floor. The middle floor has the 3 bedrooms, en suite and main bathroom. Living is on the top floor featuring an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, with separate media & powder rooms plus front & rear decks. The house is set up for up to 3 couples, or perhaps a couple with 2-3 children.

With no fence at the front and the stairs, the house isn't really suitable for young children, except as visitors.

3 Spacious bedrooms:

  • King (water bed) master with en suite & walk in robe
  • Queen (inner spring with memory foam) + built in robe
  • Double (Inner spring) + built in robe

2 Bathrooms - master ( big tub & shower) & en suite (shower) both on the middle floor, plus powder room on the top floor and toilet on the ground floor.

Live on the top floor in the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge rooms, featuring views to the East. Eat lunch or dinner on the back deck. Read a book or just relax with coffee on a recliner on the front deck. Watch a movie or listen to music in the media room.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric wall oven, gas cook top, microwave and BBQ handy on the deck outside. A manual dumb waiter with 30KG capacity helps get supplies up to the kitchen and trash out.

The top floor & bedrooms feature reverse cycle air conditioners; the bedrooms also have fans.

Payments

Nightly & Weekly Stays

25% deposit is required (7% payable to Aura and 18% to owner). The balance of payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment is required for any bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment is paid directly to the owner via Paypal. To secure your booking payment must be received within the specified time.

For longer stays of more than 4 weeks

25% deposit is required for the entire length of stay. To secure your booking payments must always remain at least 4 weeks in advance.

Cancellations

Where the property is re-booked a refund will be issued less any expenses incurred E.G. agent booking fees and Paypal surcharges.

Where the property is partially re-booked a refund will be issued for the re-booked portion, less fees.

No refund will be made if the property is not re-booked.

Security Deposit

The security deposit will be refunded as soon as the exit cleaners have inspected the property and confirmed there is no significant damage or breakages. It should be returned in less than 7 days.

Use of Property

The property is let for Short Term Accommodation purposes only. A maximum of 6 guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please confirm the number of guests on arrival.

Manly West overlooks Moreton bay and is about 5 minutes from the Moreton Bay waterfront, Manly Village and the Marinas.

It is about 30 mins drive East of the city and about 10 minutes East of the Gateway Arterial.

Brisbane Airport is about 20 minutes North over the Gateway Bridge.

From North or South, turn East from the gateway Arterial and follow Wynnum Road.

At the junction of Wynnum, Manly & Belmont Rds, go straight ahead on Manly Road.

Follow Manly Rd past Mayfair Village, our local Woolworths Supermarket and specialty shops.

At the second set of lights after Mayfair continue left into Manly Rd at the 711 Service Station. DO NOT GO STRAIGHT AHEAD INTO GREENCAMP RD.

After the second set of lights at Moreton Bay Boys College, turn right into Ringara St.
