Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy


CHECK-IN: 2:00PM CHECK-OUT: 10:00AM

 

Bookings

Payments are to be made on booking confirmation in full the owners/agents trust account all payments must be cleared 3 days before arrivals, there are NO refunds for cancelations Direct deposit is the only form for payment into the agents trust account.

Clients are advised to call the agents mobile on arrival to the Gold Coast.

Information will be provided on booking .


Cancellation
For bookings cancelled or modified up to 21 days before arrival, deposit will be refunded - $50 admin fee. If cancelled later, deposit will not be refunded.
In the case of a no show, the total price of accommodation will be charged. Booking can also be cancelled at the agents /owners discretion.

Change of Dates

Booking dates can be altered subject to availability and without penalty (excluding Special rates) and at the discretion of the Owner/Agent Accommodation rates will be adjusted accordingly.

The Owners / Agents are licensed realestate agents managing the apartment and are not connected to the property managers of this the high rise. all questions regarding the apartment must be directed to the owners or their agents at all times .
Our Apartment is governed by the laws of the Body Corporate all Tenants must abide by the rules and regulations of the Body Corporate .this will also be displayed in the apartment for your information .

No schoolies At any time

KEYS
A deposit of $200 dollars will be taken on booking as a bond for the key of the. Apartment this will  be refunded 24hours after booking out  to your nominated bank account all money are held in the agents nominated trust account .

SCHOOLIES

The Owner/Agent does not accept ‘Schoolies’ bookings. We do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire “schoolies” period. If we find school leavers are booked to stay at Bougainvillea Apartments, we reserve the right to have them removed. Please DO NOT make reservations for school leavers without prior approval from Owner/Agent..
