This property only accepts credit cards (Mastercard or Visa). Cash is not accepted.
Check-in/Check-out: Check in is between 3-6pm. Please inform Jacaranda House Bed & Breakfast in advance, of your expected arrival time. Unless otherwise arranged in advance, failure to check in by 9pm, will be deemed a "no-show" and the cancellation policy will apply. Check out is strictly by 10:00am. We regret that later check outs are not available. An additional fee will be charged, if you do not check out by 10:00am. This is a small establishment, owned and run by the host and therefore, ample time is required after guests check out, to clean and prepare accommodation for the next guest.
Linen Servicing: For bookings of 4 or more nights, linen will be changed on the 5th day. Guests must vacate the property for the time it takes for the service to be provided.
Room Rates: We offer two room rates: Accommodation + WiFi and Accommodation + Breakfast + WiFi. Please note that the breakfast package, includes self-serve gourmet continental breakfast provisions.
Payment: 100% of the total payable plus $250AUD security deposit, will be charged to your credit card, upon receipt of your booking. International credit card payments will attract a 6% surcharge. Pending a satisfactory inspection of accommodation, the security deposit will be refunded (to the same credit card) within 5 business days of check out.
Cancellation: Single night bookings, same day bookings, no-shows and bookings cancelled within 14 or fewer days of the arrival date, are strictly non-refundable. For all other bookings - if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee of the booking total, will be incurred. If you cancel within 31 or more days of your arrival date, a 25% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred. Credit card fees/surcharges are not refunded.
We accommodate up to two adults, over the age of eighteen years. Children are generally not accommodated for at this establishment, however if you are travelling with a child under 3 and have your own port-a-cot, please enquire as we may be able to assist. Arrangements around accommodating children are entirely at the hosts discretion.
- Once a booking is confirmed (fully paid), you will be emailed a summary of your booking details. Please thoroughly check this information and report any errors or omissions within 48 hours.
- The property is not to be used for events, or parties.
- Excessive noise and music is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. if a noise complaint is received, guests will be given a warning. Subsequent complaint will result in immediate eviction, with no refund.
- At no time during your occupancy, is the number of guests to exceed the number booked.
- Smoking is prohibited, both inside and outside this property.
- No pets are permitted. This is strictly non-negotiable. Please do not allow the hosts resident pets inside your accommodation. If this policy is breached, management reserves the right to charge your credit card for additional cleaning costs.
- Please take care with all fittings and furnishings. We ask that guests remove shoes before entering accommodation. Consideration of this requirement assists us in maintaining a high quality property in excellent condition and also minimises any risk of charges you may otherwise incur, for any damage caused.
