If you do find that your experience has not met your expectations please let us know, we do work extremely hard to provide the service to you, and sometimes fall short of expectations. We need to get it right so do not hesitate to make contact with us.

$100 Deposit required at time of booking.
Balance of payment paid on arrival.
Accept payment by direct debit or credit card. Visa and Master card accepted with a 1.35% surcharge on transactions.
Check out 11am on day of departure.
Cancellation of bookings less than 14 days prior to date of commencement the full deposit paid will be forfeited.
Refund will be given for cancellation notice greater than 14 days prior to commencement less 20% administration fee.
