Vaughan’s done an amazing job with these chalets. It’s a really comfy stay and the view is mental! It’s hard to leave the hammocks on the front deck He made us feel right at home and was super helpful with info on the surrounding areas. Highly recommend this accomodation!

What a wonderful experience we had at Vaughan’s place - the views were spectacular. Loved laying in the hammock with a glass of wine and a good book! Wish we had stayed longer!

In this area of Australia your basically paying for seclusion and a fantastic view - not luxury (despite many places spruiking 'resort' type facilities). Vaughan's chalets are in a great location and are very private. They're not super fancy but provide good amenities. He's also a friendly host with lots of local knowledge. Being this close to the rainforest we also had the unique chance to experience local wildlife (including a bat that took residence on our balcony for a night!) Take note that being in a rainforest means the accommodation is damp, water is rainwater and energy is from a generator. I recommend bringing all the food you need for a comfy stay.
