Cancellation Policy

Please note that we highly recommend travel insurance to be taken at the time of booking.  Please see below date ranges for our cancellation policy;

Low Season – 14 days prior to arrival date

January 9 – June 14

October 15 – December 20

High Season – 30 days prior to arrival dates

December 21 – January 8

June 15 – October 14

If your reservation is cancelled within the cancellation policy please be advised that the full amount of your booking will be forfeited.

No refunds will be given for shortened length of stays, this includes guests who have been removed from the property due to a breach in house rules.

Account Settlement

We require a credit card for all reservations, this is to be used as guarantee on your booking and will be kept on file for the duration of your stay.  The balance of your accommodation will be charged to the nominated credit card on the morning of your arrival.  If you wish to settle your account with an alternative card or by other means please contact us prior to your arrival day to organise this.  All other charges on the room account are to be settled on departure.

Once your reservation has been confirmed you will be emailed a map and directions to the apartment.  A registration card will be sent to you for signing along with a credit card authorisation form which needs to be returned to Seascape Holidays prior to your arrival day.
