BOOKINGS: to secure your booking - a valid Visa or Master-Card is required. We also require your name, a contactable telephone number, address and email address.
Our photos on our Facebook site, our website, our on line booking agents are representative of our motel, the gardens, the pool and the BBQ area. We do not refund your booking if you change your mind after check in.
GROUP BOOKINGS: (or multiple rooms) - one person MUST be responsible for the booking, allocating of rooms and payment. If booking the entire motel (or a minimum of 3 rooms) a non-refundable deposit of $400 must be paid at time of booking. Final payment is due three (3) days before check in.
COMPANY BOOKINS: are accepted via email or on line booking. Cheques are not accepted. To secure booking - a valid Visa or Master-Card is required. We also require the company name, who the booking is for, and contact details for the the company.
Our villas are licensed for residency only and are not to be used for commercial storage or sales. Management reserves the right to ask the customer to cease the business or leave, or to contact the police if they suspect illegal dealings on the premises.
CANCELLATION or NO SHOW: 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of your booking. A cancellation admin fee of $25 may apply. If you have booked a villa and fail to show - 1 nights accommodation will be charged
DISCOUNT CARD HOLDERS: we are happy to honour your discount card with telephone bookings or walk-ins only. We do not give discount refunds on checkin if you have booked through one of our booking agents. Your card MUST be sighted by the reception clerk on check-in. If you have misplaced any of the discount cards full price will be charged
ACQ Membership card, or its state equivalent is accepted.
We do not give discounts to Centrelink cards, Single Parent pension cards, Student cards, under 18’s cards.
