This lovely self contained unit is clean and tastefully appointed, with fully equipped kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms and small dining area.  There is a balcony at the front overlooking the enclosed pool area, and a large outdoor entertaining area, perfect to enjoy a drink and a meal on a balmy evening.

The unit can sleep a maximum of 5 people, however is best suited to a family or 2 couples, with 1 Queen bed, 1 trio bunk bed (single at the top, double at the bottom) and the lounge suite opens into a double bed divan.  All bed linen, pillows, doonas, blankets and bath towels are provided - guests are required to bring their own beach towels.  Guests have full use of unit, including refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and DVD player,as well as an outdoor entertaining area and pool with child safe fencing.  As we do not have child-proof locks on doors or cupboards and do not provide porta-cots or other baby items, parents should determine if our unit is suitable for young children (ie 3 - 4 under).  For queries about the suitability of the unit for your children, please contact us to discuss further.

Although we do invite stays of 2 nights, during peak periods a minimum stay of 3 or 5 nights are required (at other times we do require a 2 night minimum).  Please contact us for specific details.

Fresh clean linen and towels are provided for all the beds in the 2 bedrooms and the two bathrooms.   

We do not provide WiFi, however there are many areas and shopping centres close by that have free WiFi access.

The block is home to many of the tenants, and guests are expected to respect this and behave accordingly.  Unruly guests will be asked to leave with no refund payable.  We are committed to providing quality accommodation at reasonable prices for people to enjoy, and we ask for our guests assistance to achieve this.

Guests will be provided with arrival and departure information approximately a week before their arrival. Information includes details on how to access the property, arriving by car or public transport, cost of public transport etc, and expectations of how the unit will be left on departure.  Once inside the unit, there is a blue folder with further information regarding the unit, local attractions and restaurants.

Please note we are a self contained unit - we are not a hotel.  On arrival we aim to provide guests with basic items to commence their holiday, including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, paper towel and toilet paper, along with some other staples.  If you finish any of these items during your stay, please replace them in consideration of the next guests.

Fresh clean linen and towels are provided for the beds in the 2 bedrooms.  Bath towels are not to leave the unit therefore guests are required to bring their own beach towels. 

Cleaning by a professional and trusted company is based on 2 people for 1 hour at the end of your stay.  If longer than 1 hour cleaning is required at the end of your stay,  any additional charge will be withdrawn from your security deposit.  We have recently had some problems with small cockroache (which are prolific in this part of Queensland and are not an indication of uncleanliness).  The unit has been professionally sprayed and this appears to have eradicated the problem, however we ask that you keep benches, etc free of food scraps during your visit.

The block is home to many of the other tenants who live there, and guests are expected to respect this and behave accordingly.  Unruly guests will be asked to leave with no refund payable. Guests are required to adhere to the Body Corporate rules, which are displayed on the right hand side of the entry hall when you enter the block of units.

Guests will be provided with departure information, which must be adhered to. This includes but is not limited to:

*All dishes are to be washed and put away

*Remove sheets from beds and towels from both bathrooms and put in laundry

*Ensure all doors are locked

*Empty three bins (kitchen and both bathrooms) and reline bins

A strict cancellation policy applies.  All bookings are to be paid in full at the time of confirmation (including security bond).  Once booked, 25% of the total amount received will be retained in the event of a cancellation (this does not include refund of Aura fees).  No refund will be made within 7 days of the first date of the confirmed reservation.


ID verification is required for all bookings for your safety and ours.  Accepted forms of ID must include:

* either a passport, drivers license or other form of government issued ID; and

* either an email address, facebook account or mobile phone number.  

This ID will be held securely and deleted at the completion of your visit. Once you have confirmed your booking, we will contact you to provide this ID. 

Once a booking is confirmed, guests have 72 hours to make full payment, unless otherwise agreed.  In the event that payment is made in instalments, all monies must be paid 7 days prior to arrival.  No refunds will be payable on monies already paid.

A security deposit of is applicable to all bookings.  Providing no damage has been done and there are no excessive cleaning fees, this will be refunded within 48 hours of departure.  (The bond is equivalent to the booking fee, to a maximum of $500. Contact us for specific details)

This is exclusively a NO SMOKING unit - NO SMOKING permitted inside or in the proximity of the block and pets are not allowed.

(During 'Schoolies' (mid-late Nov) we restrict the guests who stay at our unit and may apply additional charges.   Please contact us for further details and information).

The unit is on the border of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, one block back from the beach, and is easily reached by bus and light rail.  It is approximately 20 mins walk along the beach to both Surfer and Broadbeach.

Detailed information regarding your arrival will be forwarded to you via email approximately 7 days before your visit.
