Casa Grande: Terms & Conditions.
All guests (or parents/guardians), must Agree to Abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document, as a condition of entry.
It is up to the individual undertaking this booking to ensure all guests agree to these Terms & Conditions; it is the guest’s responsibility to read & understand the Terms and Conditions before making a booking & paying a deposit.
By making a booking & paying a deposit, you agree to abide by & comply with these Terms & Conditions; entering into an agreement to rent the Premises from us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
A breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in, all guests evicted from the Premises, losing your Security Bond & other monies paid.
Low Noise & NO Party Policy:
Casa Grande has a “No party policy”. Loud or Excessive noise, Parties, functions etc... are not permissible Use of the Premises for any event other than as residential premises will result in the immediate termination of the booking, removal of the guests from the premises incurring costs or expenses (including an extra cleaning fee) being charged to the guests bond.
A security company will be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond.
Check-in Arrival & Departure:
Check-in is available from 2 pm onwards on the day of arrival. We will when at all possible accommodate requests for extended times, this is subject to availability. Keys will be available at the property upon arrival. Please read instructions in the final confirmation email regarding check in.
You must check out on or before 10.00am on your departure day. Extra charges will apply if you are late in checking out unless prior arrangements have been made.
Number of Persons:
The number of occupants in Casa Grande must not exceed the number of persons shown on your confirmation. No extra unlisted Visitors or extra Guests to be on the property at any time. Any increase in numbers must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional fee. Strippers/Topless Waitresses are not permitted, guests will be evicted immediately.
Linen, Bath Towels & Beach Towels:
Bed linen, bath towels & beach towels are provided.
A 7.5kg Front loader washing Machine, Dryer, air Dryer & Clothesline are available for guest use.
For the comfort of all our guests, this property is a non-smoking property. We appreciate your understanding. Smoking is permissible outside. Please use ash trays & do not litter the garden with cigarette butts.
Animals and Pets:
No Pets are allowed at this property unless prior arrangements have been made.
Keys and remotes:
Keys & remotes are the responsibility of the Guests during their stay. Please note loss of these items will be charged to your bond monies.
Payments may be paid by: cash, pay pal or direct bank transfer. A deposit of 50% of total rent is required at time of booking.
Final payment must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival or as pre- arranged.
Bookings are not confirmed unless and until this deposit is received.
A Security deposit of $2000.00 is payable prior to arrival.
The bond will be returned to your nominated bank account once the property has been fully inspected for: any damage, loss of any incidentals, cleanliness etc; within 3-5 days
Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking.
If booking is cancelled 2 months or more prior to commencement, then your deposit (less an administration fee of $100.00) will be refunded in full. For Christmas, New Years and Easter weeks a 3 month cancellation time frame is required.
If your booking is cancelled less than 2 months prior to commencement (or 3 months for Christmas, New Years and Easter weeks), then refund of your payment is subject to a confirmed re-booking of the property (less a cancellation fee of $100.00).
The booking is made in good faith and may be subject to change. However, reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative accommodation, should this occur.
All guests must Indemnify the owners &/or managers of Casa Grande:
The managers &/or owner(s) of this property do not condone: unsafe, irresponsible or illegal actions-behaviour etc, by guests on or off the premises, during their stay or at any other time. The agent and owner(s) take no responsibility for any actions, incidents, loss, damage or injury sustained while within or outside the premises &/or grounds, during a stay or at any other time. A condition of entry, staying, use of facilities etc, at the premises is: “All guests indemnify the agent and owner(s) against any responsibility or action (legal or other), due to any actions, incidents, loss or injury during a stay at the premises or at any other time”. Therefore entering &/or staying at this property means: all guests understand and agree to indemnify the agent and owner(s) against any action(s), incident(s), loss or injury(s) sustained while within or outside of the premises (including, but not limited to, the grounds, facilities, structures, etc) during a stay or at any other time. “Guests actions, conduct and safety are the responsibility of the guests”! All guests must carry their own Travel Insurance to cover any & all loss, damage or injuries sustained during their stay at Casa Grande.
Please dispose of garbage & recycling responsibly (noted in the property compendium), in the allocated bins, freeze meat & bone scraps to avoid fly contamination.
Bins need to be put out for collection on Sunday Nights or Early Monday Morning.
If this is not done an excess fee of $50 is charged. The lid must be able to close for the collection. If it isn’t the rubbish may not be collected. Excess rubbish will also attract a $50 fee.
Damages and Extra Cleaning.
Any breakages, damage and lost items must be paid for by occupants. In the event of this happening it is asked for the occupant to report it as soon as possible. We request, that you kindly leave the property in a similar state to the condition it was in on your arrival (including washing dishes, removal of rubbish and BBQ cleaned) Failure to leave the Premises in a satisfactory manner will result in you incurring extra charges. Any charges applicable for the above will be deducted from the security deposit.
Examples: Loss of keys attracts a $50 charge & a $50 call out fee if required.
Barbeque Cleaning: $50, Rubbish around the property including: cig-butts, bottles..$50
No responsibility will be taken for the guest’s personal property, so please take care to maintain the security of the premises & all guests must carry their own Travel Insurance.
Prices listed on our Website are a nightly rate & are a guide only. Casa Grande has a minimum three (3) night stay up to 3 months. Tariffs, Prices/ quotations are subject to change without notice and will not be guaranteed until a deposit has been processed and you have received formal confirmation of your booking from us.
The description, photos & videos of the premises are given in good faith;
No responsibility for misrepresentation will be accepted. This house is in a suburban location where, from time to time, there may be building or construction on houses within the vicinity of the property. We take no responsibility for any issues relating to noise of neighbouring properties.

Owners, Managers & Security services Right to Enter Casa Grande:
We retain & reserve the right to enter the Casa Grande, at any time for any reason to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
You are agreeing to these terms and conditions when you make a booking confirmation & payment for this booking.
Any breach of the above terms & conditions, as agreed by both parties, permits the owner to refuse the key, amend the rent or immediately terminate the letting & evict all of the guests.
