CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon reservation, should you decide to cancel or modify for any reason, a fee of 10% of the total amount of your stay will be charged.

If cancelled or modified between 21 to 30 days prior to the day of check-in, you will be billed 50% of the total charge of your stay.

If cancelled or modified less than 21 days prior to the day of check-in, you will be billed the full amount of your stay.

PROVIDE YOUR ETA (ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL)

This is a self-serviced apartment, so please call or email 72 hours before arrival to ensure that the unit and keys are ready for you. Failure to do this may lead to a delayed check-in.

For check ins from 9pm onward, a fee of $25 is to be paid in cash to our check in personnel.

For security and documentation purposes, guests are required to send a photo ID and credit card prior to arrival and to present them during check in.

The property will require the guest to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form.

FEES

The property will charge USD $500 anytime after the booking is made to secure the reservation.

The remaining balance will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.

The property may also charge an additional USD $250 refundable incidental/security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

For every lost fob, car card/tag or keys, there is a penalty of up to $750 depending on the item. Pack n Play can be provided upon request with a fee of $50. Lost and damaged items will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

POLICIES

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite.

There will be a penalty of $250 for non-compliance.

Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation and a penalty of $1000. Pets maybe allowed in the property with a fee of $150 per pet and per stay provided that there is written confirmation from our booking department.

Only small dogs up to 20lbs maybe allowed. Please contact us to confirm if we able to accommodate your pet. Failure to do so may result to $500 unauthorized pet fee and refusal for your pet to stay at the property.

Any issues with the house/apartment in regards to appliances, electrical, pool, or anything related to the maintenance of the house will be fixed within 24 hours.

There will not be any compensation given to the client in this matter since we will fix any issues related to the property.

If it is beyond repair and the house or apartment is in an inhabitable condition, alternate accommodations will be arranged.

This will be done only after 48 hours of complaint. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
