Directions from Coolangatta (Gold Coast) Airport to Royal Woods Resort

Driving out of the airport, turn left into GOLD COAST HIGHWAY (NORTH) in direction to SURFERS PARADISE.
Follow Gold Coast Highway until you find a Y division (left to Pacific Highway - Brisbane; straight-right to Gold Coast Highway - Surfers Paradise) take left into PACIFIC HIGHWAY - BRISBANE.
Follow the highway and leave on EXIT 69 - NERANG SOUTHPORT ROAD, direction to SOUTHPORT.
Follow the road and, after about 2.2 Km, turn right into ASHMORE ROAD.
After about 2 Km, when you get to a large runabout in the crossing of ASHMORE ROAD with CURRUMBURA ROAD, follow straight through staying on ASHMORE ROAD.
Turn the second left after that runabout into BOREE STREET. On the top to your right you will find ROYAL WOODS RESORT - YOUR HOLIDAY GETAWAY!

Car Parking Details

All suites and villas feature a doorstep lockup garage space. Parking for all guests is complimentary. One Bedroom Suite - One vehicle Two Bedroom Suites- One vehicle Three Bedroom Villa - Two vehicles Please contact our reservations team if you do have more than the number of vehicles allowed per room type.

Reception Hours: 7am and 9pm Mon - Sat and 7 am to 8 pm on Sundays

For guests arrivals after 9 pm please call us before 7pm for instructions for after hours check in. (telephone provided once booking has been confimed)

Security Deposits and Photo I.D. required on check-in 
1.An acceptable form of photographic identification will need to be produced at the resort prior to check-in.
2.A credit card authorisation (pre-auth) will be required at time of check in and may be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to): Telephone charges, any breakages or damage incurred during your stay, or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning.
3.Smoking inside the villas will incur an additional cleaning charge.
4.The resort pre-authorises all credit cards upon arrival. Please note this process validates the presented credit card, and protects both the cardholder and merchant from increasing fraud incidents.
5.The pre-authorisation amount is $200 for 1 & 2 bedroom suites and $300 for our 3 bedroom villas in addition to the full payment of the accommodation. 
6.The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 3-7 business days.
7.The pre-authorisation will affect your available funds balance or spending limit.
8.For more information on this practice we suggest the cardholder contact their card issuer. Once a pre-authorisation has been made, we cannot release, remove or lower the authorised amount, until we process the final account on departure. This is a restriction placed on us by the bank, and cannot be negotiated.
9.Where a credit card is not available a minimum $200.00 cash deposit for a 1 & 2 bedroom suite will be required or $300.00 for a 3 bedroom villa. .The amount will be refunded into your bank account within 2-3 business days after departure. Please provide your bank details upon check-in.
10.Should Management and /or security employed by the Management find any evidence of parties or unauthorized guests, the occupier of the room and guests will be immediately evicted from the property with no refund.
