We offer a range of modern 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, 3 bedroom villas and 2 bedroom townhouses. Our villas are situated around the tranquil pool and spa, whilst most of our apartments have private balconies facing Yamba's picturesque Pippi Beach. The townhouses have private balconies overlooking the gardens.

Each apartment at The Sands Resort at Yamba features open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, plus a private balcony. All apartments have a dishwasher and laundry facilities. Most have air conditioning.

This 4.5 star property offers free secure car parking. Guests have access to a nearby fitness centre, located just a 5-minute walk from the resort. Barbecue facilities and WiFi access is available

The Sands Resort at Yamba is only 10 minutes’ walk from the restaurants, cafés and shops in Yamba town centre. It is just a 10-minute walk to Yamba Lighthouse. It is 15 minutes’ drive to Angourie Surf Beach.

Terms & conditions

For all bookings, a deposit of $200 per booking must be paid immediately to confirm your booking with the final payment made 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of the arrival date are required to pay in full at the time of making the booking.

Bookings made within the Xmas school holiday period must pay an initial $200 deposit with a further 50% payable no less than 3 months prior to the arrival date – due by September.

A cancellation fee of $90 will apply to all bookings cancelled with two months notice or more. If less than 2 months notice is given, then the full deposit is forfeited unless the property is relet for the full term of the booking. No refunds of any unused portions of a holiday are given. No refund will be given for bookings cancelled in any school holiday period unless the property is rebooked. Refunds will be paid by the end of month of cancellation or when the property cancelled has been rebooked (see above) whichever applies.
