Terms and Conditions
Tariffs are current as per listing and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a tariff increase, bookings made and confirmed (by payment of deposit) will be honored at the prevailing tariff.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should NOT exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.
Parties are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with parties in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.
All bookings require a holding deposit of monies equivalent to a 1-night stay the balance is required one week prior to your stay. Unless booking is made through booking agent then payment is subject to that said agent.
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, we reserve the right to take another booking & deposit without further reference.
Cancellations & Bond
If a cancellation made 21 days prior to the commencement of the booking then the deposit will be refunded less 10% service fee.
For cancellations made less than 21 days before the commencement of the booking the deposit will be forfeited.
A refundable Bond between $200 & $500. Depending on number of guest, length of stay or booking site will be paid along with your final payment.
Bond will be returned into your nominated account by me or from the booking agent that you booked through after rooms have been checked within 7 working days after your stay.
Please do not strip beds leave linen on beds & hang towels up.
Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
$50. For EACH of the following will only be deducted if;
- Washing & wiping up is left
- Rooms are left unduly untidy
- Stains on linen that require extra cleaning (caused by makeup & hair die)
- Breakage or damage to equipment or rooms including stains on walls & excessive marks on glass doors from small children or adults.
All of the said bond may be held if the damage is deemed to be higher than the said bond such as chipped or cracked tiles.
