For bookings throughout the year we require a credit card number via telephone or e mail. Payment is also possible via DIRECT DEPOSIT into our account. Deposit is equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation cost, unless accommodation is only a one night stay in which case full payment is due upon booking. FULL payment is due 48hrs before arrival. PEAK SEASON bookings must be FULLY pre-paid 42 days PRIOR to arrival.
Infants up to 1 year are free. Additional guests aged up to 5yrs are $50 p.p/night. Additional guests 5 years and over are $70 p.p/night.
Within 24-48 hours your booking will be processed and you will be e mailed a booking confirmation to bring with you on your trip.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS WILL BE REQUESTED/VERIFIED ON ARRIVAL AS A SECURITY BOND.
Refunds will only be made within 24hrs of booking.
After this time we do not offer refunds but do offer an accommodation credit. Cancellation or date modification requires at least 28 days written notice in low & high season, 42 days in Peak season & alternate booking dates can be arranged - once only, within 12 months of the original booking date.
Cancellations received within 28 days of arrival in low & high season forfeit their 50% deposit - unless the room is re-booked for the full amount, in which case an alternate booking can be arranged as above. Any Peak Season booking cancellation or modification requires at least 42 days written notice or the full amount is payable.
All cancellations, re-bookings & modifications will incur a $165 administration fee.
Cancellations received less than 72 hours from the arrival date in low & high season will be charged full room rate. Peak season bookings are required to provide 6 weeks notice or will be charged full room rate
