Hilldrop is an affordable country style motel located approx 10 minutes drive west of the Grafton CBD. Hilldrop has 10 x 1 bedroom units and 2 x 2 bedroom units suitable for families.

The motel is rated 3 stars by AAA Tourism and rooms feature, tea/coffee facs, ensuite bathroom, Colour TV, Lounge Seating, Air Conditioning, Bar Fridge.

Car parking is available in front of your unit and we have plenty of room for larger vehicles and trailers. The motel is located in a semi rural location with lovely views from the front of motel.

A swimming pool is also available to guests. We have a 24 hour night bell should you arrive outside of normal office hours. As the motel is just out of town you can be assured of a quiet nights rest, as the Gwydir Hwy ,which runs past the motel has a very low traffic volume especially at night.

Directions

Hilldrop is located in a quiet rural setting just 10 minutes drive west of the Grafton CBD. If you are arriving in Grafton on the Pacific Hwy From the crossroads at South Grafton (Pacific Hwy ) just head west along the Gwydir Hwy heading towards Glen Innes. We are 7 klms west of the Roundabout/Crossroads at South Grafton. If you are traveling from Glen Innes on the Gwydir Hwy just as you come over the hill just west of Grafton you will be faced with a long downhill straight as you approach Grafton. Hilldrop is halfway down the hill on the LHS of road. We have a large illuminated sign at entrance.

When you arrive at the motel the reception office is easily located. Usually staffed from 7am to 8pm. However a 24 hour night bell is available for guest arrival outside of reception hours.

Terms & conditions

Cancellation Policy: 24 Notice for cancellations. If cancelled within 24 hours or in the case of No Show no refund will be given.
