BOND: May be required at owners’ discretion, and will be returned to Guests if,
a) occupation conditions relating to Noise Restrictions (refer paragraph below) have been complied with, and
b) upon inspection, the property owners assess the property to have been left by the Guests in acceptable state of care & cleanliness. Guests are liable for payment for repairs to damage caused (byGuests) to the rental property & its inclusions.
A valid credit card may be supplied with pre approval for the same bond payment.
Pets allowed inside but not on the furniture. Dog owner must clean up dog droppings from the gardens before they depart. Other pets may also be accepted - ask when you book. The property owners are not responsible for the health/welfare of the Guest’s pets.
We recommend you treat your pets for tick prevention.
Smoking: prohibited inside at all times, please be responsible with cigarette butts and do not discard in the garden.
Cancellation/Refund: When advised of a cancellation, the owners will endeavour to refill the vacancy. Cancellations must be provided in writing / email / text, verbal cancellations are not accepted.
Cancellation charges equal to the bond paid may apply if the house remains unbooked during your reserved dates.
Number of persons in the booking must not exceed the number stated by the Guests when the booking was made. Extra persons in the group (exceeding 4) are charged by a per night rate, When guests stay at the property beyond 10pm it will be assumed they are extra guests and charges may apply.
Noise restrictions: Our property is for accommodation purposes only. parties are strictly forbidden and may cause early departure at guests expence.
Requests to Guests (from neighbours or property owner) for reduction of noise or disturbance must be complied with completely & immediately by the Guests. (after 11pm).
Disregard by Guests of requests for reduction of noise/disturbance, may result in termination of letting, and eviction with no refund of tariff or bonds.
Guests’ personal property:
The property owners are not responsible for breakage, loss, theft of the Guests’ personal property. Guests are responsible for ensuring property is secured during their absence during their booked dates.
Cleaning/Departure: Guests must leave the house as it was found, with the fridge empty, garbage bins empty and furniture replaced in original situation.
Two standard household bins are provided for rubbish removal, one for general garbage and one for recycling, when these are filled it is expected guests remove their own rubbish upon departure.
An exit cleaning fee is charged which covers bathroom cleans and sanitizing, when extra cleaning / rubbish removal is required the booking guest accepts charges may be applied to their credit card to cover cost.
