Location

C-view is located overlooking beautiful Rennies Beach Ulladulla which is 3 1/2 hrs south of Sydney and 2.5 hrs from Canberra.

It is a 3 minute drive or about a 10 minute walk into Ulladulla township.

Neighbouring towns Milton, Mollymook, Burrill Lake are all within 5 minutes drive.

Jervis Bay Marine Park is 40 minutes north & Batemans Bay is 40 minutes south.

Ulladulla is situated in the Shoalhaven which is renowned for its white sandy beaches,great surfing and fishing, scenic rivers & lakes with national parks and mountain ranges as a backdrop.

Pets are more than welcome.The yard is fully fenced and the beach nearby is dog friendly.Pets are welcome inside the house provided they are kept off the furniture, carpets and bedding. Please adhere to these rules otherwise we wont be able to offer CView as a pet friendly house.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay and you need to notify Belinda on 0410 016613 as soon as they occur.  Please do not attempt to break into the property if you have locked yourself out, please call Belinda on 0410 016 613 to arrange access.

DEPARTURE REQUIREMENTS:-

Property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. 

We would prefer that you don't move the furniture around but if you do please ensure that it goes back before you leave.


*Check-out time is 10:00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.  
*Please remove all used linen from beds and place in laundry for washing.
*All washing up should be done and put away, along with unpacking the dishwasher.
*Please empty all garbage bins from inside the house and put into the garbage bins outside.  Garbage bins must be put out the front of the property for rubbish collection on Sunday evening.  If bins are not put out for collection on Sunday evening then you will be charged for rubbish removal. Any excess garbage that does not fit into the bins is your responsibility to remove from property.  Extra fees will apply if garbage has to be removed on your behalf.  Please ensure that only recyclables are put into the yellow bin.  Rubbish goes into the Red bin. 
*Please remove all food from fridge and wipe out any spills or mess.
*Please wipe out the microwave and oven if you have used them. 
*Please make sure that the BBQ has been cleaned before your departure otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will be taken from your bond. 
*Please make sure the property is secure before you leave lock all doors and windows and put the key back in the secure box under the deck.

**EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOUR BOND IF EXTRA CLEANING IS REQUIRED**

If you've been at the beach please make sure all sand is removed before entering the house.  You will find a tap and hose underneath the deck near the clothes line (not the clothes line at the laundry).

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Pets are allowed if arrangement has been made prior to your arrival.  You must clean up after your pet before you depart.  Please vacuum up or sweep up all hair, pick up mess from the backyard and please also make sure that you keep your pet out of the bedrooms, off the carpet and the furniture. Extra fees will be charge if you haven't cleaned up after your pet.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Deposit of 25% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being relet then  a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

End of Dowling Street (very last house), Ulladulla.
Go to the end of the cul-de-sac and go over the edge down the driveway as far as you can go.
(the actual street address is at the rear of the property so I don't give that out)

To access the key go past the front door and through the gate, just to your left on a beam from the deck above you will see a black box, its near the air conditioning unit at head height.  If you are arriving at night time please bring a torch with you so you can find it.
